The hydraulic transmission box is a core component of the loader’s drive system, its performance has a direct influence on the loader’s fuel economy, traction performance, power performance and reliability. In this paper, takes the YL50loader hydraulic transmission box as the research, analyzed the transmission principle and structural characteristics of the YL50loader hydraulic transmission box, and calculated the speed and torque of the transmitting members, transmission ratio and meshing efficiency.Considering the comprehensive error, gear meshing stiffness, bearing support stiffness and other factors and simplifying the gear transmission system into gear vibration system composed of rigid bodies and springs, the translation-torsion dynamics model of the reverse gear and the driving first gear planetary gear transmission system is build using the lumped parameter method based on the mechanical vibration theory, and deduce the Vibration differential equation. In this paper, under the conditions of selecting average meshing stiffness instead of the gear meshing stiffness, using MATLAB software to calculate and analyze the natural frequency and inherent vibration based on the computational theory of the natural characteristics, and calculating the vibration mode of the planetary transmission system including rigid body Vibration mode, central component translational vibration mode and center component torsional vibration mode. On this basis, researching the effect of gear meshing stiffness, bearing support stiffness, system quality and gear geometry parameters on natural characteristics, which provides theoretical basis for Loader hydraulic transmission box to optimize dynamic performance and improved structure.According to the basic performance requirements of the loader hydraulic transmission box and the level of development of our country’s loader hydraulic transmission box, establish a comprehensive performance evaluation system of loader hydraulic transmission by reference to the performance requirements standards and performance test standards of the engineering machinery hydraulic transmission box. The loader hydraulic transmission comprehensive performance evaluation system includes transmission performance, dynamic performance, gearshift performance and reliability, which can fully assess the performance of the loader hydraulic transmission box. According to the loader hydraulic transmission box’s performance is multifactorial and interrelated, using multi-level method to determine the weights of each performance index and the grey correlation evaluation method to establish a comprehensive performance evaluation model of the loader hydraulic transmission box. Based on the evaluation system and evaluation model, evaluated the comprehensive performance of a plurality of loader hydraulic transmission box. Researching the comprehensive performance evaluation of the loader hydraulic transmission box have a guiding significance of evaluating comprehensive Performance of other engineering machinery hydraulic transmission box and establishing the evaluation criteria of engineering machinery hydraulic transmission box.
