Study On University Botanical Garden Planning

Along with the deepening educational reform, the educational idea and pattern changing, strengthening the university campus landscape and teaching practice base construction is more and more high voice and wave. Botanical garden is a science field of the further understanding and research about the plant. As a classification of botanical garden, the university botanical garden attaches to the university, generally located within the campus. Constructing the botanical garden belonging the university is more convenient and practical for teaching and research work. The construction of university botanical garden is paid more and more attention. Especially the construction mode of integration between the new campus and the arboretum in Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University, provides a new mode for the planning and construction of University Botanical garden. It riches the content of the theory and practice in the planning and construction of the botanical garden. Exploring the planning methods to the university botanical garden has a positive significance, for the university with biology Professional planning and constructing botanical garden. As a supplement to botanical garden, university botanical garden will add a thick and heavy in colours to achievements about the world plant diversity conservation.This paper study the method to plan the the university garden through literature and network information retrieval, case analysis, summarize, empirical analysis and field research. The main achievements are as follows:(1) The concept of university botanical garden is proposed on the basis of botanical garden, and the related concepts of university botanical garden are defined and analysised. It explores the development course, the present situation and the features of World University Botanical Garden, as well as the development process, current situation and existing problems of domestic university botanical garden.(2) It makes the fundamental analysis about university botanical garden, analyzing the existing mode, as well as exploring the features and function about it.(3) to study the botanical garden planning.
