The core of the campus energy-saving supervisory platform is real-time monitoring of the campus energy consumption,to achieve the basic statistics of energy consumption through software,and in conjunction with energy audits and public notification of energy efficiency to constitute a new campus building energy-saving management system,which embodies the campus energy consumption process management and energy-saving reform effect management.This paper gives a summarization and conclusion of the relevant thesis of conservation-oriented campus for college,and takes Fujian Agricultural and Forestry University as an example for analysis.This paper outlines related projects of energy supervisory platform,briefly introduces the overall plan and work,as well as relevant technical solutions and design,finally analyzes energy saving effects and investment benefits,and gives comprehensive conclusion of conservation-oriented campus energy supervisory platform project,analyzes the achievements,characteristics and existing shortcomings and proposes contents of the next proposed work,to keep improving construction project implementation.The whole text is divided into six parts:The first part is research background,which points out that the current world energy shortage has become the problem of human survival and development to be solved.Our government has already made a decision to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.As an important part of the conservation-oriented society,conservation-minded campus construction has become the focus of the research for all universities.While to carry out monitoring,statistics,analysis and research of campus energy consumption data through modernized means,the most important technical support is the construction of campus energy monitoring platform,to grasp the status of campus energy consumption and the distribution of equipment and facilities,thereby to find the energy consumption problem,determine the direction of energy-saving reform direction,propose energy-saving recommendations,to provide reference for conservation-minded campus construction.In part 2,the paper expounds domestic and foreign researches on sustainable development,cycle economy theory and the proposal and development of conservation-minded campus construction,as well as researches and practices of conservation-minded campus in domestic colleges.In addition,this paper also elaborates the current research status of energy consumption intelligentization at home and abroad so that it provides the practical basis for the construction of conservation-minded campus energy supervisory platform.Part 3 is about the investigation of energy consuming situation in campus and necessary analysis of energy supervisory platform construction.A conservation-minded campus construction and the energy conservation transformation of equipments and facilities are based on enormous energy consumption data.Taking Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,it has met various difficulties in carrying out the process of building energy consumption statistics and audit work and consumed a lot of manpower and material resources.So it is necessary to build the conservation-minded campus energy supervisory platform.Part 4 is about the design of conservation-minded campus energy supervisory platform.It mainly includes six aspects as follows:system architecture,hardware selection,development of management software,the choice of monitory point,the construction of data center and information security.The design will provide a reference for the construction of energy supervisory platform.Part 5 is about benefit analysis on completed energy supervisory platform,where Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University is taken as an example.On one hand,the general situations of energy and resources saving and all aspects of marked effects after the completion of energy supervisory platform are discussed through the direct,indirect economic benefit and social benefit.On the other hand,It analyzes the effects of energy-saving renovation project put up by energy supervisory platform are analysed.Based on typical cases,it points out that energy supervisory platform would provide the original data for the leader of the college and related functional management department and references for the formulation of energy-saving renovation program,as well as makes it more convenient to make decisions and enhances the ability of meticulous management.Part 6 it about the conclusions and expectations.It makes conclusions and puts forward some expectations according to actual construction of both conservation-minded campus and energy supervisory platform currently.
