This research, which supported by the project, is regard to axial piston pump, which were reviewed and summarized on the basis of research results at home and abroad. In the research, virtual prototype technology, multiple system simulation software AMESim, the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS and finite element software ANSYS had been used to build models. The characteristics of Integrated Pump-Motor was established by using the virtual prototype model, and the dynamic performance had been analyzed. By were compared with the test values to verify the reasonableness of the simulation The main research contents and results were as follows:(1) Using3D software Pro/E to establish the pump model, the motor model and the assembly model of Pump-Motor;(2) Use the basic module of the AMESim to set up a single piston hydraulic model. The Pump-Motor model structure had been transformed to the establishment of a hydraulic model of the Integrated Pump-Motor. Through simulating the situations of the model in the different parameters, the inside structure and parameters of the Pump-Motor is obtained under different working condition, which included the flow and pressure, valve plate of triangle groove and installation of Integrated Pump-Motor output flow and pressure, both of them have great influence to the Pump-Motor.(3) Combined the Pro/E and ADAMS software, established the dynamics model of the Integrated Pump-Motor, and the model simulation is carried out to analyze the force of the friction pair which are obtained under the rated conditions.(4) Combined of ADAMS and ANSYS software to analyze the stress strain of the plunger Integrated Pump-Motor and sliding boots.(5) Through comparing the simulation data with experimental data, verified the effectiveness of the virtual prototype simulation values.Virtual prototype model is established by using virtual prototype technology, it can be an effective prediction to the dynamic performance of the Integrated Pump-Motor without test cases. What is more, the piston stress distribution law and maximum stress position of judgment can be used to provide theoretical support for development of new Integrated Pump-Motor products, and then provided guidance for production practice.
