With the rapid development of economy, high-rise buildings have been more and moreinto people’s horizons. Office, entertainment, leisure and other multi-function integratedcommercial complex engineering is a hot and difficult issue in today’s design. The diversityand complexity function of Super-tall building inevitably put forward more stringentrequirements for electrical design of safe, reliable, energy saving measures and otherindicators.This paper takes the complex project of Changsha Beichen city as an example. Bycomparing and analyzing characteristics and difficulties of Super-tall building electricaldesign, the article on the super high-rise complex project was carried out for powerdistribution, electrical lighting design, automatic fire alarm systems, lightning protection andgrounding and other parts.First of all, in the design of power supply and distribution, in order to satisfy thereliability requirements of the tall building power supply, the author put forward and adopteda hierarchical distribution of power supply and by the combined control mode of specialtransformer with ordinary transformer, the vertical partition line control, selection of cableconnection bus replace pure bus distribution way, roof and super-tall equipment increase thecross-sectional area of proper way in the process power supply design. At the same time in theprocess of lightning protection and grounding design to meet the second class lightningprotection under the premise of building design standards, the lightning rod, lightningprotection zone and the combination mode of joint fortification were adopted. Buildingsystem of system earthing and neutral point grounding, grounding protection and its importantroom utility adopts a grounding system, the high voltage protection level, vertical busbar, roof,electronic information and computer rooms respectively set up a level1and level3surgeprotection.Next, to meets the level of fire rating and related specifications requirements, differentfunctional areas with a common intelligence and infrared beam smoke detector are combinedwith a fire emergency broadcasting public broadcasting combination in the automatic firealarm system design. Thus it meet the requirements of intelligent information super high-risecomplex and set a fire emergency communication wireless coverage system, controlled by thefire control room control module and unified monitoring and coordination, facilitating moreintelligent fire emergency linkage and emergency rescuing.Thirdly, in the lighting design, in order to meet the requirements of high-rise complex forenergy saving, choose the fluorescent combined with natural light, office area using led toreplace fluorescent lamp lighting system. At the same time using the sunlight illuminationautomatic induction control and using the compressor of frequency conversion technologymake it easy to control the intensity of illumination and temperature so as to achieve the goalof energy saving. And adopting the latest Autodesk Revit MEP technology of buildingelectrical energy consumption analysis to examine the complex building energy saving in energy saving and LEED index.
