In recent years, the increasingly rapid development of economic construction in China, with the accelerating urbanization, infrastructure construction scale is expanding.Construction industry is becoming a major industry of stimulating the development of national economy and strengthens its pillar position in national economy continuously.Because the construction of the production process and the working environment is complicated, and there are many people involved, It becomes difficult to manage and prone to accidents. The safety accidents led to the deaths of more than one thousand people and more than one billion direct economic loss each year.Therefore, the situation of construction safety production is serious in our country.In order to ensure the construction industry develops healthy and sustainable,scientific and effective safety management is the most powerful guarantee.This paper aimed at the problem of construction safety management in our country, drawing lessons from the successful experience of developed countries and areas of construction safety management,then put forward the corresponding solutions. Secondly, through the analysis of the safety accident and investigation on the construction site, on the basis of the existing security inspection and evaluation standards, the writer establishes the index system of construction safety forewarning from five aspects of man, materials and equipment facilities, safety management, safety technology and environment.And using the analytic hierarchy process method to determine index weight.The safety warning levels of construction are divided into four grades:no warming,light warning,intermediate warning and serious warning.Thus,an evaluation and forewarning system for construction safety management is established based on extension theory.Then,the system is applied to an actural project to evaluate the safety condition of construction site.In order to evaluate the safety of construction site more quickly and accurately,the writer develop a computer application software which is matched with the construction forewarning model.The software for Visual studio2010development platform, using c#programming language, has carried on the simple and convenient graphical user interface design. At last,the software was applied to an actural project in Fuzhou.The results show that the evaluation results are accurate, the software has strong operability and certain application value.
