The main content of this paper is the computer-aided design system software development of the basic components in building industrialization.Firstly, in this paper, the design method of building industrialization basic components is studied; the related formula are derived and generalized; the SP plate openings and the distribution mechanism under the special load is considered; the difference between our current design specifications for concrete structures and the U.S. PCI SP design manual is considered; in the end, calculation formula of bearing capacity, deflection and Cracks of SP plate in line with our code requirements are obtained, and the computer-aided system of building industrialization basic components (PCICAD system) on the basis of calculation formula is compiled. PCICAD System is in strict accordance with existing code prepared, and it also integrates the basic technologies of building industrialization basic components. For those complex situation code which is no clearly defined in rules and standards, experimental-based and reasonable calculation method is adopted to design and calculate, thus the workload in design and analysis is reduced which provides an effective means for optimizing the design.Secondly, in this paper, a number of software interface programs for PCICAD system are developed, and seamless joint for AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, ANSYS, PDF and many other commonly used engineering softwares are achieved. In order to improve design efficiency, the function of calling AutoCAD parameter-driven construction drawing according to design results is achieved by the secondary development of AutoCAD; the function of generating calculating book automatically according to design results is achieved by by the secondary development of Microsoft Word; the function of generating APDL language command stream and calling ANSYS to analysing finite elements is achieved by the secondary development of ANSYS. PCICAD systems increases design efficiency of standardized components, improves diversity of the type of prefabricated parts, and enhances versatility and substitutability of the prefabricated part as well.Finally, PCICAD system design, conventional calculation and ANSYS simulating calculation are conducted on engineering projects, and nonlinear finite element analysis is also carried out on SP plate based on the comparison between three groups of date. In this process many other working conditions are experimented as well. Under the backgroud of increasing load value of ANSYS simulation, the performance of the components designed by PCICAD system is still good which illustrates that the use of PCICAD system can effectively design and analyse precast prestressed SP plate components and this system is equipped with high safety margin. So this system is able to adapt to the complex engineering practice, and it has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
