Our economic development has made some achievements, people’s living standards havebeen increased a lot, and now more and more attention is payed on improving the quality oflife, such as fog and haze days, people attach great importance to indoor and outdoor airquality.At the same time, central heating in winter as it is an essential traditional heatingmethods, as well as its heating effect of heating safety issues have been taking more and moreattention. Due to the aging of the heating network and pipeline corrosion, as well as thequality of disclosure-related valves, compensators and so on, heating emergencies areinevitable, severe heat emergencies not only interested in people’s lives and property, but alsoaffect social harmony and stability, so central heating system emergency management issuesbecome the most relevant areas of concern.Through the investigation,induces heating events in the form and frequency.Researchaccording to the emergency response measures.And unique corrosion, pipeline leaks and otherkey factors appear for the heating field incidents were analyzed.Then draw the appropriatecoping strategies.Preparing contingency plans were studied. Analysis of the current situation and theimplementation of contingency plans for the rigid constraints.Proposes elastic theory ofcontingency plans and uses monotonous principle to demonstrate its effectiveness.Heatingsystem for emergency warning, emergency response, information management and safeguardmeasures are analyzed.I use discrete event modeling based on AnyLogic simulation software and do simulationfor emergency management information systems and rushed to the scene of the scenario.Bythe time the stack, pie and simulation software parameters, variables, slider, action figure andvarious physical objects, analyze the various variable factors that affect the efficiency ofemergency management.By calling the network working group and using network resourcesand object storage unit I draw up a set of dynamic system for emergency rescue operations.Bycombining the current traffic congestion factor I set vehicle speed.Based on comprehensiveanalysis of the various factors that influence emergency rescues,we can gain valuableexperience from the simulation which is guidance to practical work.
