| With the rapid development of national economy, China has become a countrywhich takes large amount of resources from the outside. It’s an increasinglyobvious trend that consumers are pursuing for high-quality, diversified andrefrigerated food and also influx of foreign cold fresh food begins to enterdomestic market. Tianjin was identified as a pilot city of the cross-straitcooperation in food logistics industry in2011. Tianjin Fisheries Group, as aleading enterprise of the city in cold chain logistics, is faced with the opportunitiesand challenges brought by the changes in the domestic economic environment.How to seize the historical opportunity to integrate various resources and buildmodern cold chain logistics system is a major issue to be solved.This paper firstly explains research background of the topic from two aspectsof the necessity and feasibility of development of cold chain logistics andsummarizes research significance of the topic. Then it reviews domestic andoverseas cold chain logistics industry’s development status and problems usingdocumentary research method and comparative study method and sums up thedevelopment status of the cold chain logistics in Tianjin. What’s more, it makes apreliminary diagnostic analysis for business segments and uses PEST matrixanalysis method and SWOT analysis method to systemically analyze thecircumstance around Tianjin Fisheries Group. On the basis of the above analyses,this paper designs a one, two, three, four, five strategic planning which is to centeron a core, to promote the ends of the extension, to focus on three businesses, tobuild four systems and to construct five projects and proposes five organizationaloperating mechanisms to guarantee the implementation of the logistics planning.Finally, it points out its strategic implementation strategies from four dimensionsof the physical dimension, value dimension, management dimension and networkdimension.On the basis of fully seizing external opportunities for development, industrydevelopment prospects and advantages of external resources of Tianjin FisheriesGroup, this paper designs cold chain logistics development planning and proposessystematic implementation strategy, which is not only to provide theoreticalsupport for Fisheries Group to grasp the historical opportunity to achieve scientificdevelopment, develop harmoniously and pioneer the development, but also toprovide a decision-making reference for other cold chain logistics enterprises when formulating the development plan. |
