| With the progress and development of the times,China,as a major agricultural country,is realizing the modernization transformation of animal husbandry.The continuous improvement of technology and production capacity has provided strong support for the development of the beef cattle industry,and the production and operation mode of the beef cattle industry has undergone significant changes.Moreover,in the new era,China’s socio-economic level and people’s living standards are constantly improving,and people are paying more attention to green and healthy eating.The proportion of beef products in meat consumption is also increasing.Although the development model of the beef cattle industry is more mature and the market is larger,the competition for beef cattle products is fierce,and product innovation is difficult and homogenization is severe.The entire industry is entering a era of strong competition.In this situation,if domestic beef cattle breeding and processing enterprises want to make breakthroughs,they must keep up with the pace of the times,make up for their own shortcomings,formulate strategic plans,and seek new opportunities for industry development.On the basis of summarizing relevant theories,this article applies literature review and field investigation methods,using PEST tools and Porter’s Five Forces model,to analyze the external environment of TM Beef Company and grasp the opportunities and threats faced by the company.Conduct internal environmental analysis based on the company’s resources and business situation,clarify the company’s strengths and weaknesses,use Analytic Hierarchy Process and EFE,IFE matrix analysis,and apply SWOT method to select a combination of qualitative and quantitative strategies for the company.Select growth oriented strategies at the company level,cost leading strategies and concentration strategies at the business level,and propose specific measures for implementing cost leading strategies and concentration strategies.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,the company has developed a series of guarantee measures to provide effective planning for the future development of TM Beef Company. |
