Since 2018,with the rapid spread of African Swine Fever and the dual impact of the pig cycle,the price of pork has been rising all the way,constantly breaking the historical record,which has brought problems to the pig breeding industry and pig breeding enterprises,and also brought great opportunities and challenges.As a local pig breeding enterprise with a certain scale in Guangxi,Y Original Breeding pig Co.,Ltd.,facing the drastic changes in the external environment,must identify the development goal and direction,choose the right development strategy,and timely respond to the changes in the external situation,so as to ensure the stable and healthy development of the enterprise.Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy,this paper studies the development strategy of the company by taking Y Original Breeding pig Co.,Ltd.,limited liability company as the research object and combining the actual situation of the company at the present stage of development.First of all,PEST analysis is used to analyze the external environment of the enterprise and find out the threats and opportunities of the external environment faced by the enterprise.Secondly,through the enterprise assets,financial resources,organizational management ability,production capacity,marketing ability,human resources ability and other internal factors are analyzed to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself.Then,SWOT analysis method is adopted to analyze,and four types of alternative strategies,such as SO,ST,WO and WT,are listed,and the conclusion is drawn that market penetration strategy should be selected as the optimal development strategy.Finally,centering on the market penetration strategy,the specific measures and safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy of Y Original Breeding pig Co.,Ltd.,were proposed.The research on the development strategy of Y Original Breeding pig Co.,Ltd.,can help the enterprise understand its own advantages and disadvantages,identify the future development direction of the enterprise,and formulate development strategy scientifically and rationally,which is of great significance for the future development of the company.It is also hoped that this study can provide reference for domestic pig breeding enterprises of the same type to formulate development strategies.
