Strategy Research On Cold Chain Logistics Of Aquatic Development In Shandong Peninsula

As China’s aquatic products kept growing, people pay more attention to health and food safety, the demand for Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic are increasing. An opportunity for Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic to grow comes up. Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic is a specific type of cold chain for aquatic products, as well as a part of social logistics system.Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic can keep aquatic products under a suitable situation from the origin to the final consumer, to insure the quality and safety of aquatic products, so that to meet consumers’demand, and ultimately improve the overall effectiveness of social production.According to research topics, based on the relevant theoretical foundation and research results domestic and international, against to the Shandong Peninsula Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic’s problems, this paper completed the following work.This paper forms strategic logic according to the conditions of Shandong Peninsula, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. To analyze resources activities and value added process by building value chain of Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic. To build Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic development strategy system of Shandong Peninsula according to four aspects as overall strategy, strategic objectives, strategic focus and strategic support system.Based on the above work, the strategy system built by this paper is to effectively improve the level of Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic in Shandong Peninsula, to protect the safety and quality of aquatic consumption, and to ultimately meet consumers’ demand for a high level of aquatic consumption. The strategy system needs to take full advantage of the ability to enhance food safety and consumer opportunities, to market guiding, coordination of city functions, resource allocation, and whole operational excellence as strategic focuses, to build strategic support system with regulations support, resources support, management support and innovation support.In this paper, the main innovations are the followings:(1) I use cluster analysis method to make regional strategy group divisions and conduct the development positioning of the city, which becomes one of the basic strategic objectives division, and I proposed strategic focus of coordination of city functions based on the positioning. (2) I use the value chain as a method to analyze the internal environment. I build a targeted industry value chain with the basic value chain, invisible value chain and resource transformation activities. On this basis, I analyzed the value-added process.This paper aims to provide reference for regional development of Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic by the way to build the Shandong Peninsula development system of Cold Chain Logistics of Aquatic.
