Punica grantuml is a kind of well-konwn fruit in xinjiang with its characteristic and superiority,theclimate in southern xinjiang is very beneficial for growth and development of punica grantuml,with ahigh yield,and the coloration and sugar content is surpass than other region in domestic.Icurrentlyfndings shows that there are multiple effective composition in pomegranate rind,such aspolyphenols.Flavonoids.Polysaccharide.Among these,the oxidation resistance is the major part ofphysiological functions of pomegranate rind.In this paper we preparation of polysaccharide inpomegranate rind,also studied immunomodulatory.Oxidation resistance in vitro of crudepolysaccharide,so as to tap new polysaccharide resources,open up new ways of utilization ofpomegranate fruit.the main conclusions are as follows:In this study, by using the traditional methods of ethanol subsiding method extracted carbohydratecompounds in Pomegranate rind,then analysised extraction rate and content of polysaccharide inpomegranate rind which were extracted by ethanol subsiding method, preliminary identified contentdistribution in pomegranate rind.among which extraction rate extracted by80%ethanol was12.04%,and the content of polysaccharide was58.24%.By determined the affection of immunomodulatory in mice exerted by polysaccharide.The resultsshowed that pomegranate polysaccharide can promote normal thymus and spleen weightincrease,murine peritoneal macrophage phagocytic function tests showed that pomegranatepolysaccharides can significantly improve the phagocytic index, and enhanced phagocytic percentage.By appling the scavenging effect of punica granatum linn polycose on·OH.The scavenging effectof punica granatum linn polycose on reducing power.The scavenging effect of punica granatum Linnpolycose on O-2.Effect of punica granatum linn polycose on MDA spontaneous formation in liverhomogenates of mice in vitro.Effect of punica granatum linn polycose on hemolysis of erythrocyteinduced by H202in vitro to determine oxidation resistance in vitro of crude polysaccharide.it presentedoxidation resistance in vitro in each of these systems.the capicity of the scavenging effect of punicagranatum Linn polycose on·OH.The scavenging effect of punica granatum linn polycose on reducingpower.The scavenging effect of punica granatum linn polycose on O-2were relatively higher than theeffect of punica granatum linn polycose on MDA spontaneous formation in liver homogenates of micein vitro and effect of punica granatum linn polycose on hemolysis of erythrocyte induced by H202invitro.it also presented function of peroxide anti-lipid obviously,in high density.Modeling test by cyclophosphamide the the pomegranate rind polysaccharide can significantlyreduce the content of MDA in mice. GSH-Px of the liver and kidney tissue in mice, and they canenhance the activity of SOD, pomegranate rind polysaccharides in vivo antioxidant.By extract polysaccharide in pomegranate rind,The results provides antioxidant and activityimmune activity of polysaccharide in pomegranate rind.
