Remote-control Carriages play a significant role as forestry machinery equipments inskidding,carring and loading in forestry ropeway.The performance of carriages affect directlyproductivity safety,effect,abour intensity and even social economic benefit.Consequently,it is crucial to lighten and intelligentize remote control carriages.By using virtual prototypingtechnology,remote-control carriages reduce the manufacturing,assembly and test process of thephysical prototype;and improve the production quality and the production efficiency ofremote-control carriages; reduce the manufacturing cost of physical prototype of theremote-control carriages;at the same time,shorten the update cycle of remote-control carriages.According to the research about the working principle of carriages,design the mechanismsof YP2.0-A remote-control carriages,which is based on YP2.5-A designed by Fujian Forestrycollege and other different series of remote-control carriages,and through design calculationsand select the revelent components reasonably,then use the digital virtual prototype technologyof SolidWorks, a3D software, to design major institution of YP2.0-A remote-controlcarriages.Then,combine SolidWorks HyperWorks with ANSYS finite element software andAMESim hydraulic simulation software to realize finite elemment analysis of the criticalcomponent and major institution of YP2.0-A remote-control carriages,and hydraulic conditionssimulation of grip rope mechanism and brake mechanism.Analyse the performance of hydraulicsystem and the structural strength of YP2.0-A remote-control carriages,then use the Optistructsolver of HyperMesh for topology optimization design.Based on distribution area of optimizedmaterial,design them again to achieve the structure optimization and lightweight.This paperprovides the design method and basic data in order to lighten remote-control carriages....
