In recent years, the rapid development of sunlight greenhouse in Xinjiang, but by the economicconditions, most of which are soil greenhouse farmers self-built, blindly imported from the mainlandconstruction technology, caused by irrational structure, material inappropriate application of greenhouseenergy consumption in winter is very high, some building materials and equipment also caused plantpollution of vegetables and agricultural products. According to estimates Xinjiang latitude40°north of theregion (in Tacheng as the representative) in Greenhouse (about70%in all) every mus annual coalconsumption of2000~3000yuan, the annual coal consumption of hundreds of millions of dollars, andcaused serious environmental pollution, greatly affected our facilities agriculture economy and farmerincome. For the development of South and North Xinjiang greenhouse vegetable production in winter, themost important thing is to solve the key problem of the design suitable for greenhouse heating equipment.By improving the design of hot-blast stove structure and efficiency, was improved the performance ofgreenhouse coal-fired hot-blast stove, and was improved the thermal efficiency of hot blast stove.Greenhouse in winter,early spring, late autumn in the production process, the greenhouse warming andlong-term temporary heating equipment costs account for the cost of a large proportion of the expenses. Sothe choice of stable and reliable performance, economical and practical heating equipment is particularlyimportant. This has increased the use of greenhouse heating system efficiency and the rate of coal resources,reduced greenhouse production costs, and increased economic efficiency and income of farmers, protectedthe living environment as well.Based on the greenhouse study development trend of domestic and international hot air furnace and theapplication present situation of the domestic and international experience, learning, application ofgreenhouse engineering heat transfer of agricultural mechanization, design theory and methods, combinedwith the unique Xinjiang north and South Xinjiang climate conditions on greenhouse heating coal-firedhot-blast stove used in the analysis of the system theory, design and application test. The main researchcontents include the following parts:(1) Study on greenhouse coal-fired hot-blast stove: analysis of different kinds of hot blast stovemainly some heating mode and method, main technical parameters are introduced, based on the design ofhot-blast stove in China, especially the design of hot-blast stove used in greenhouse production of theshortcomings and problems, and puts forward some ideas and measures to solve the problem. Andexpounds the hot-blast stove in the application prospect in china.(2) The design of coal-fired hot-blast stove: in South and North Xinjiang in solar greenhouse structurecharacteristics and the local environment characteristics of Southern Xinjiang, temporarily heatedgreenhouse dedicated coal burning hot air furnace type and the North heating type is designed, the maintechnical parameters of the coal-fired hot-blast stove (such as heat exchanger area, the area and the theamount of air volume, heating, coal consumption of flue gas flow, etc.) were calculated and measured.Development of the high thermal efficiency, low cost, convenient use, heating and energy-saving hot-blaststove effect is obvious. (3) The hot-blast stove performance appraisal and performance analysis: according to the nationalgeneral test methods for coal-fired hot-blast stove, together with Xinjiang agricultural machinerymanagement of my bureau technical testing personnel, take the form of cooperation, the performance of hotstove were measured, and finally through the identification requirements, and access to this type of hot airfurnace can be extended certificate.(4) For coal-fired hot-blast stove in Xinjiang to promote economic benefits are analyzed, and theinstallation steps of the type coal stove in the greenhouse and the matters needing attention.In this paper, the analysis, the actual use of the effect of hot-blast stove in Sunlight Greenhouse ingreenhouse production results show that, the use of coal stove, solar greenhouse temperature3.3-4.2℃,need time1.5h, temperature4℃, every1hours used up4kg coal, greenhouse temperature will remainunchanged. According to daily l0h coal,60m long standard greenhouse using the hot-air furnace only coalconsumption is about40kg, according to the survey, the coal consumption is75kg by using the same brickfurnace temperature, so temperature increasing in solar greenhouse by indirect heating hot-air furnace hasthe advantages of high efficiency, coal saving effect.
