Jatropha (Jatropha curcas Linn) is a perennial herb oil-producing plant, which is the oneof the most studied international oil-producing plants. Therefore, further development of thevalue-added of the oil-producing plants is very important. We applicated microbialtechnology to development bioorganic fertilizer from Jatropha curcas kernel meal, in thisstudy, we take use of effective microbial agents to optimize the fermentation conditions tofind the optimal one. The main results of the paper are as follows:1) Preliminary results show that it is no need to add any other auxiliary materials in thefermentation process, microbial agents can grow well, and the main fertilizer efficiencyindicators have significantly increased.2) Jatropha curcas kernel meal is composed of approximately8.39%crude fat,24.75%crude protein,5%moisture,2.52%carbohydrate,11.57%ash and4.19%,1.84%,2.08%total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, respectively, which is good raw material forfermenting bio-organic fertilizer.3) Trichoderma viride is used to fermentation process and optimize its conditions. Wehave studied with single factor experiment and response surface method to optimize theconditions as fermentation time118.8h, the natural pH,30℃, inoculation amount29.7%(v/m), turning throw every24h, the initial amount of water added to75%, the predictive value is77.1858mg/g, the actual verification experimental results with similar predictive value.4)Comparing various indicators with the bioorganic standards, almost every indicatorscan be considered in accordance with the requirements. Following the best parameter for thefermentation to produce bioorganic fertilizer could be considered.5) The optimum fermentation conditions of fermentation bio-organic fertilizer werechose by field tests. It proved that the lettuce with fermentation bio-organic fertilizer is moreefficient and high-producing than the blank.
