The study was conducted to investigate the nutrition value of18feed ingredients by NRC and CNCPS for Shaanbei Cashmere goats. It provides essential data for build feed database of Shaanbei Cashmere goats and theoretical basis for exploit and use the local forage resources. Exp.1Evaluation of Nutritive Value of Feedstuffs for Shaanbei Cashmere goats using NRC ModelThe study was intended to evaluate the degradation characteristics of10concentrate feed (corn, bran, cavings, soya bean meal, rapeseed dregs, cotton meal, corn germ meal, DDGS, yeast, bean curd residue) and8roughages (alfalfa, astragalus adsurbens, amorpha, korshinsk peashrub, cornstalk, reed, millet straw, vinegar meal) for Shaanbei Cashmere goat. Three Shaanbei Cashmere goats fitted with rumen fistula were choosed to evaluate the disappearance rates and degradabilities of dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP) of these forages by Nylon-bag technique, and then measure each feeds nutrients parameters in the mathematical model formula of degradation rate, include a, b, Kd.The results showed that DM disappearance rate of soya bean meal, corn and bean curd residue were significantly higher than the other concentrate feeds at48h (P<0.05); DM effective degradation (EDDM) rates of bran was the highest (P<0.05), and the EDDM of DDGS, corn germ meal, yeast and cotton meal were dsignificantly lower than other concentrate feeds(P<0.05); The CP disappearance rate of bran, corn, soya bean meal and corn germ meal were the higher than the other concentrate feeds at48h (P<0.05); EDCP of bran was the highest and DDGS was the lowest of these concentrate feeds. DM disappearance rate of astragalus adsurbens pall were the highest and cornstalk were the lowest at72h of8roughages, the CP effective degradation rates of8roughages were as follows:astragalus adsurbens pall, alfalfa, korshinsk peashrub, amorpha, millet straw, reed, cornstalk, vinegar meal and significantly difference between each other (P<0.05). The RDP of bran and cavings were higher than other concentrate feeds, the RDP of poaceae were all above60%, and the data of korshinsk peashrub was reaching90.18%. In conclusion, yeast and bean curd residue can be used as the diet for Shaanbei Cashmere goats and poaceae had the higher nutritional value of8roughages. Exp.2Evaluation of Nutritive Value of Feedstuffs for Shaanbei Cashmere goats using CNCPS TechiquesEighteen feedstuffs were collected to analyze the chemical composition of CNCPS for SCP、NPN、ADIP、NDIP、LIGNIN、STARCH. And then caculated the feed protein and carbohydrate fractionation (PA、PB1、PB2、PB3、PC、CA、CB1, CB2、CC) of CNCPS. Next,3goats fitted with a rumen fistula were used as the donor of rumen fluid. The utilizable crude protein (uCP) of18feeds were determined by the in-vitro incubation technique of Zhao and Lebzien (2000). Last, run a regression analysis between the uCP and the CNCPS protein and carbohydrate fractionation components of the feeds.(1) uCP and CNCPS protein fractionation components Concentrates feeds: uCP(%)=4.197×PA-0.796×PB1-0.110×PB2+0.030×PB3-2.803×PC+11.456; R2=0.9580, n=10,<0O.01Roughages:uCP(%)=-3.861×PA-0.846×PB1-0.054×PB2+2.101×PB3+38.735×PC-9.460; R2=0.9850, n=8,P<0.05(2) uCP and CNCPS carbohydrate fractionation components Concentrates feeds:uCP(%)=-0.123×CA+0.037×CB1-0.240×CB2+1.509×CC+13.276; R2=0.8280, n=10, P<0.05Roughages:uCP(%)=-0.371×CA+0.286×CB1-0.126×CB2+1.162×CC+9.834; R2=0.9790, n=8, P<0.01The results showed there was a positive correlation between the uCP and the CNCPS protein and carbohydrate fractionation components of the feeds. Therefore, it might possible to estimate uCP and evaluate the nutritive value of feeds with CNCPS protein and carbohydrate fractionation components, through chemical analysis of the compositions of feeds. It is clear that evaluating the nutritive value of feeds by CNCPS system are either easy to handle, or time-saving.Based on above experiments, the digeatibility of18feedstuffs increased as the incubation time extended, astragalus adsurbens pall, amorpha and korshinsk peashrub are the specific resources in shaan-bei areas and they had the higher degradability. what is more, this study build the forage CNCPS System Database of Shaanbei cashmere goats and eatimation the uCP by CNCPS System.
