| Fruiting bodies of white Hypsizygus marmoreus have aesthetic form, close texture, delicious taste, andusual eat could resist cancer, defense cancer, strengthen physical health, prevent aging and prolong life.White Hypsizygus marmoreus is one of the main varieties of edible fungus factory production.The present paper of this research includes three aspects: First, the nutritional physiology of WhiteHypsizigus marmoreus was studied; Second, orthogonal design was used to study the aggregate cultureformula for White Hypsizygus marmoreus;3. The last one but not the least one, it researched the suitableformulation to feed earthworm using fungus chaff of white Hypsizygus marmoreus.The concrete researchconclusions are as follows:1. For the purpose of White Hypsizygus marmoreus nutritional physiology, the size of colony andsurface mycelium growth vigor were used to assess the effects of various carbon and nitrogen sources,inorganic salts, vitamins and plant hormones on mycelium growth of White Hypsizygus marmoreus. Theresults indicated that the suitable carbon sources for the mycelium growth of white Hypsizigus marmoreuswas sucrose, the suitable nitrogen sources was yeast extract paste;KH2PO4ã€NaCl and KCl all have anotable promotion on mycelium growth of White Hypsizygus marmoreus. NaNO3on the mycelial growtheffect is not obvious;Nicotinic acid, folic acid,VB1 and VB2 have a certain promotion on the myceliumgrowth of White Hypsizygus marmoreus,the promoting effect of nicotinic acid and folic acid is stronger,andVB1 and VB2 is weak.2,4-Dã€IAA and KT alse have a certain promotion on the mycelium growth ofWhite Hypsizygus marmoreus, and2,4-D is the best one which promotes the mycelium growth of WhiteHypsizygus marmoreus,6-BA showed inhibitory effect.2. Experiments were performed to determine effects of supplementation of soybean meal, corn meal,wheat bran, saw dust, and cottonseed shell on growth of White Hypsizygus marmoreus using L16(45)orthogonal design. The results show that wheat bran is the main factor that effect bacteria growing periodand yield of White Hypsizygus marmoreus,followed by soybean meal, and corn meal, the minimal issawdust.The results estimated that, the most suitable proportion for fruiting bodies growth of WhiteHypsizygus marmoreus was confirmed when the concentration of soybean meal, corn meal, wheat bran,saw dust, and cottonseed shell were set at4%,20%,12%,10%and54%respectively.3. Experiments were performed to determine effects of supplementation of urea, soybean meal,cornmeal on growth of earthworml breeded by fungus of White Hypsizygus marmoreus using L9(34) orthogonal design. The results show that soybean meal is the main factor that effect earthworm breedingand weight gain, followed by corn meal, the minimal is urea.The results estimated that, the most suitableproportion for earthworm breeding and weight gain was confirmed when the concentration of soybean meal,corn meal, wheat urea, soybean meal,corn meal were set at0.2%,6%,2%respectively. |
