Jiangxi province,a large oil-tea planter,produce 118,000 tons Camellia oiland 622,200 tons camellia oleifera shell annually.Camellia oleifera shells are mainly used for production of furfural,activated carbon,xylose industry,but camellia oleifera shell could be wasteful with low utilization rate every year.Camellia oleifera shellare good cultivation medium for edible fungus with rich nutrients.Junkang,the rest of waste of cultivating edible fungi,could also be used to grow camellia oleifera as a kind oforganic material.Hypsizygus marmoreus are rare edible fungi with good taste and rich nutrient value.Growing hypsizygus marmoreus on camellia oleifera shell could not only reduce the production costs of hypsizygus marmoreus,the waste of camellia oleifera shell also could decrease with circulationutilization.At present,some enterprises has already used camellia oleifera shell to cultivate hypsizygus marmoreus in bottles.However,the technology is still juvenile without reliable culture formulation.The paper used mixture design to study the optimum formula which focus on the proportion of camellia oleifera shell and cotton seed hulls,and design the 500ton-a-year hypsizygus marmoreus factory.The main results are as follows:Growing hypsizygus marmoreus on camellia oleifera shellcould not only reduce the costs of producting hypsizygus marmoreus and the waste of camellia oleifera shell,junkang which is the rest of waste could also be used in forestry as a kind oforganic material.At present,the adding proportion of camellia oleifera shell is still the problem not solved for enterprises.In order to copewith it,the paper intends to use mixture design to study the optimum formula of cultivating hypsizygus marmoreus based on cotton seed hull(A),camellia oleifera shell(B)and mixture(C)as the main raw material,then design the factory whose annual yieldof hypsizygus marmoreus could up to 500 tons.The experimental results are as follows:1.The regression equation model between cultivation cycle and cultivation medium of hypsizygus marmoreus grown with camellia oleifera shells bottle lines:Y=48.882A+88.702B+10.478C-61.824AB+394.419AC+228.249BC,its decisive coefficient(R~2)was 0.8351>0.70,which showed that the model was significantly fit well;Formula of shortest cultivation cycle for hypsizygus marmoreus(107days)were as follows:camelia oleifera shell 50%,cottonseed hull 0%,mixture 50%.2.The regression equation model between yield and cultivation medium of hypsizygus marmoreus grown with camellia oleifera shell bottle lines:Y=91.876A+119.713B+173.053C+214.987AB+459.389AC.its decisive coefficient(R~2)was 0.9870>0.70,which showed that the model was significantly fit well;Formula of highest yieldfor hypsizygus marmoreus(247.3grams)were as follows:camelia oleifera shell 0%,cottonseed hull50%,mixture 50%.3.The regression equation model between agronomic trait of fruiting body and cultivation medium of hypsizygus marmoreus grown with camellia oleifera shells bottle lines:Y=4.650A-0.089B+2.044C-42.326AB+22.173AC+15.849BC+167.312ABC.its decisive coefficient(R~2)was0.9870>0.70,which showed that the model was significantly fit well;Formula of highest agronomic trait score of fruiting bodyfor hypsizygus marmoreus(9.9)as follows:camelia oleifera shell15.6%,cottonseed hull35.5%,mixture48.9%.4.Obtainedthe formula suitable industrial production(shortcycle,high yield,high agronomic traitsof fruiting body)of growing hypsizygus marmoreususe optimization calculation,that is:21.8%camellia oleifera shell,42.8%cotton seed shellis and 35.4%mixture.The predictable cultivation cycle is 115 days;the yield was 216.4grams;the agronomic trait score of fruiting body was 8.9.Compared with the traditional cultivation formula(cottonseed hull 65%,mixture 35%,the production cycle was130days,the yield was205grams)including no camellia oleifera shell,the production cycle of optimum formula shorten15 days,and the yield of which increase11.4grams.Combining factory design requirements and best formula of hypsizygus marmoreus,we conducted related design for factory.We determined general plane figure,technology and equipment flow chart and workshop layout,designed and calculated production technology,material balance calculation,equipment selection,water,electricity and gas balance calculation.predicted that total investment of500 ton-a-year hypsizygus marmoreus factory was9,422,5000 yuan,net profit was 1,9979,000 yuan,the estimate of conducting safety was 55.01%and payback period was around 4.65years.
