Cordyceps militaris is rich in a variety of biological active substances, is a valuable edible and medicinal fungi.Heilongjiang province in the recent years the introduction of artificial cultivation of cordyceps militaris technology, technology already quite mature, but used on the production of strain disorder. Production of strain degradation is serious, do not form a fruiting body phenomena have occurred, leading to low output to meet the needs of the market. In this case the cordyceps militaris strains screening and research is very necessary. Through the screening of fine strains of Cordyceps militaris, breeding of Cordyceps militaris strains suitable for cultivation in North China, provides the high quality resources for the industrial production of Cordyceps militaris.Collecte14strains Cordyceps militaris in this experiment, through the experiment of antagonism prove to14different species. Mycelium growth rate, mycelium dry weight and colony size as indicators for early screening, cultivate cycle,sporocarp dry weight, fruit body morphology, crude polysaccharide content as an index to last screen. Results show that the C-2and C-7mycelium growth rate faster, and C-7cultivate cycle is short, slender shape and tidy, the highest average yield and crude polysaccharide content, is the cultivation of good strains screening out the most suitable for the north, as alternative strain C-2.C-2、C-7as the starting strain, Investigate different temperature, humidity, nutrient solution, temperature, illumination and ventilation condition’s influence on the growth of cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies. The experimental results show that the optimal artificial cultivation conditions are:starch as carbon source, peptone as the nitrogen source; Rice nutrients with the ratio of1:1; Mycelium of the optimum growth temperature is15℃-18℃, humidity is65%-70%, sporocarp of the optimum growth temperature is18℃-21℃, humidity is between75%-80%; During the training for ventilation, illumination and temperature stimulation to ensure the normal growth of cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies.Base on C-7strains studies carbon source, nitrogen source nutrition condition, quantity, inoculated fungus age, medium initial pH, culture period, temperature, table speed cultivating environment factors influence of cordyceps militaris mycelium growth and development, provide a reference for mycelium after applied to industrial production data. Experimental results show that the C-7,the optimal level of cordyceps militaris strains fermentation combination3g of peptone,20g of glucose,2g of7water magnesium sulfate,1.5g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate; Cordyceps militaris liquid culture the optimal pH value of6.5, the training cycle for six days, cultivate temperature of24℃, rotating speed of200rotations per minute (RPM), with fluid volume is150ml (when the culture vessel for a250ml conical flask), fungus age fungus block for36hours.Finally, analysis of the C-2, C-7strains fruiting body and mycelium polysaccharide, Cordyceps acid, SOD enzyme, crude protein, crude fat, trace elements, amino acid nutrition, results showed that:the strain C-7both fruiting bodies or mycelium of the content is higher than the C-2strain, C-7strain can as a cultivated strains for industrial production.
