In this thesis,we reported the regulation results and effects of flowering physiology of different Adjustment measures of Agapanthus praecox ssp. orientalis’Big Blue’.we used3-4years old evergreen flowers Agapanthus praecox ssp. orientalis’Big Blue’was treated with temperature,GA and IAA as the reasearch object,and studied anatomy of floral buds development,phenology observations, inflorescence situation and flowering physiology during reproductive stage.1.15/25℃treatment group ahead of the longest flowering time,52days in advance;25℃intelligent greenhouse treated overall performance best, the early flowering in advance (19days), and to extend the flowering duration (4days), Also the best quality of flowers and the number of flowers, flowers increased by24.69%.2.Earliest flowering is the treated of concentration to50mg/L,ahead of3days, the longest flowering duration, and to extend the flowering duration3days,the Corolla is the most plump; concentration to400mg/L of treated early flowering days,2days which The concentration to400mg/L of treated early flowering in advance, and to extend the flowering duration(?) concentration to75mg/L of treated early flowering in advance1day, and to shorten the flowering duration4day;but the largest number of florets.3.Earliest flowering is the treated of concentration to lmg/L,ahead of2days;1day in advance the early flowering, which the concentration to10mg/L,concentration to100mg/L treatment group delay flowering9days.The largest number of florets was the concentration to50mg/L,which Corolla is the most plump.4.The exogenous hormones GA and IAA improve the content of soluble protein, reducing the pre-soluble sugar content, increased post-soluble sugar content. The better of Advance flowering was the concentration to400mg/L GA, GA75mg/L,50mg/L GA,1mg/L IAA, and10mg/L IAA,they were to improve the activity of amylase in varying degrees,but200mg/L GA and100mg/L IAA was reduce the amylase activity to some extent.5.Integrated all the group of ahead of the flowering time, inflorescence situation, Whether easy to implement, and save costs into consideration, select the best treatment group of25℃intelligent greenhouse,50mg/L GA.and1mg/L IAA,...
