The trail was conducted at experiment farm in Longde Kangxian Chinese medicine planting park,longde,ningxia during2011-07to2012-12in order to identify a set of effective production of key technologies for the production of high-quality, high-yielding seed, overcome Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao Seed yield instability, and low germination rate of emergence.Inthetrial, Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiaowere studied the changes of seed yield,yield components and seed quality through taking advantage of different balance planting density,irrigation and fertilization.Simultaneously, seed quality test and evaluation were made in Lab.The trial could speed up the seed production of Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao, and overcome the conditions of Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao seed low yield and Poor quality.The research may change the present conditions to a certain degree that seed of Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao dependent on importation, and produced high-quality, high-yield and excellent Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao seed, and found some effective high yield planting techniques. It can provide a useful reference to the study and application of Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao’sseed Production further. The result shows:1.The Astragalus membranceus Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao was bloomed in its third year. It was104days from seeding stage to seed-cellection.2.By the correlation and path-coefficient analysis of characters in Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge. var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao, the results is that these were significantly positive correlations betweenseed yield and its studied agronomic characters except the number of plant per slump.The pod number is a factor playing a key role in determine seed yield.3.The Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge. var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao’s seed yield was the best.In the planting model of the planting density was15cm and60cm case.Simultaneously.irrigate60m3/666.67m2twice between full bloom period and seed outcome period.After each irrigation,fertilize60kg compound-fertilize and15kg Urea per666.67m2.4.The Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge. var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao’s seed quality was the best. In the planting model of the planting density was15cm and40cm case. Simultaneously,irrigate60m3/666.67m2twice between full bloom period and seed outcome period.After first irrigation,fertilize40kg compound-fertilize and10kg Urea per666.67m2.5.According to the Pharmacopoeia. Using the HPLC to detect the Astragaloside in different fertilization situation. The result shows that the Astragaloside was found in fertilized twice and40kg compound-fertilize and10kg Urea per666.67m2.
