Pleurotus eryngii was a famous medicinal and edible fungi, its has nutritive and delicious value. In recent years, the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii mainly use industrial productive mode, the suitable cultivation conditions with soil sealing played an important role in reusing waste bacteria package of industrial production on Pleurotus eryngii. In this experiment, screening covering soil material and covered soil method, analyzing the physical and chemical properties of the covering soil material combined with fruiting test, optimizing fruit model, the covering soil conditions, and testing the best combination of the dressing nutritive ingredient. and dressing nutrition, The results laid a foundation for further research on cultivating waste bacteria package of industrial production on Pleurotus eryngii with soil sealing, meanwhile, the outcomes provided an new train of thought for processing waste bacteria package of edible fungus. The test results are as follows:1. Doing fruiting test combine4covering soil material with3different covered soil method, filter out the best covering soil material was sandy soil and the best covered soil method was multiple casing method after analysising of variance.2. From the physical and chemical properties analysis combined with the yield of4different covering soil material, it could be drawn:the soil water retention and water release curves were the decisive factors affecting the growth and development; the EC and pH of the soil were little impact on growth of Pleurotus eryngi; the nutrients of covering soil material has great influence on yield, among which the content of organic matter and potassium of soil were positive correlated with yield, the influence of the content of nitrogen and phosphorus on yield is not obvious.3. Through the5kinds fruiting modes for cultivation trials, after filtering, the results show that the waste bacteria package stand in headstand in cold frame was the best mode.4. The soil cultivation optimum conditions through single factors and orthogonal experiments analyzed were:covered soil thickness was3cm, temperature was18~21℃, air relative humidity was90%.5. It was from the orthogonal test of dressing nutrition with waste bacteria package of Pleurotus eryngii that the best nutrition based on sucrose, potassium primary phosphate, dusty yeast was:sucrose0.5%, potassium primary phosphate1%, dusty yeast0.1%.
