Pleurotus eryngii,a rare edible fungus, has delicious taste, high nutrition value andhealthy function for human body, and is suitable for industrialized production. The marketprospect is good. In this study, breeding new varieties and cultivation techniques wereresearching.Cultivation in the wall commonly used by Zhangzhou local mode, Optimize theconditions of cultivation, loading capacity and cultivation bags size, culture medium,comprehensive prevention and control of bacterial diseases.The results of experiments are asfollows:1, Breeding new varieties of Pleurotus eryngii: Directional Screening new strains of ‘RiyinNo.1’ by tissue isolation technics, years of multi-point fruiting trials, and an avermectinshigh-yielding strain was selected.2, Optimization material test water content of Pleurotus eryngii:Setting culturematerial moisture content58%,60%,62%,64%,66%,68%,6,200bags per treatment, dividedinto4districts, each district50bags of Pleurotus eryngii, repeated4times. The testresults show that the optimum content of water is64%of the compost, Shorten the growthcycle and increase the fruitbody yield.3, Optimization culture medium pH of Pleurotus eryngii: Using concentrations ofsuperphosphate5%,4%,3%,2%,1%,0%and lime1%to adjust pH after sterilizing of7.75,7.47,7.19,6.7,6.59,6.45and6.5. Each treatment200bags, is divided into4districts, each district50bags of Pleurotus eryngii, repeated4times.The test results showthat the lime dosage1%is feasible.4, Optimization cultivation bags caliber and different bagging capacity of Pleurotus eryngii:Using3different cultivation bags caliber (diameter: A1:17cm, A2:17.5. Cm, A3:18cm)and33different bagging capacity(wet material), from800g to1300g, every50g a treatment,eachtreatment200bags,4times. The results showed that the optimum yield and biology efficiencywas cultivation bags caliber17.5cm and bagging capacity of1250g.5,Cultivation optimization test formulations of Pleurotus eryngii: the formulation of thetest by using uniform design method of the formulation with sawdust, bran, corn cobs,cottonseed hulls, and bagasse as raw material from the five main variables, corn flour, calcium carbonate, lime and other accessories for the quantitative medium of Pleurotus formulationresearch and optimization, design formula of26groups with four replications. Theoptimum compost formula were consisted of sawdust9.7%, corn cob41.4%, wheat bran27.6%, bagasse12.88%, soybean meal0.92%, corn flour5%, calcium carbonate1.5%, lime1%.6, Prevention and control technology of Pleurotus eryngii diseases and insect pests.Pleurotuseryngii diseases and insect pests mainly in comprehensive prevention. Strict selection ofsawdust, screening, reasonable formula, moderate water content; sterilization operationstrictly according to regulations, thorough sterilization; cooling chamber, inoculation chamberrequires extremely clean, aseptic inoculation process standardization; mycelium culture stagedo temperature, humidity control and ventilation to strengthen and improve the resilience ofmycelium. Meanwhile timely check processing, as far as possible with the maincontaminating bacteria stagger the best ecological conditions in order to reduce pollution.Good environment, control air relative humidity during incubation, it is more effectivetechnical measures.7, Pleurotus eryngii industrialized efficient cultivation integrated technologydemonstration:integrated Pleurotus eryngii cultivation factory optimum mediumformula, pH, charging amount and planting bag specifications, control of diseases andpests, fruiting management and other production techniques in Zhangzhou AgriculturalScience Demonstration40,000bags of Pleurotus eryngii, improve overall efficiency of morethan16.33%.
