Micro-storage of maize straw means to add exogenous microbe after cutting straw of dry maize intol ices, then ferment the mixed microbe and straw evenly in anaerobic environment for a period of time to mprove the nutritive value of straw. The straw could be digested and assimilated more easily and fully after these microorganism’s decomposition and breeding. So, the straw’s feeding effect is improved, increasing the feed source and lowering the proportion of food for feed.Current micro-storage fermentation processing is mainly conducted in large-scale underground airtight and anaerobic fermentation cellar pool or fermentation pits, where there contains mixed bacteria. In this environment, microorganisms and maize straw slices mix unevenly,and the fermentation degree is not high. So the current maize straw fermentation efficiency is low, the fermentation time is long, and the product is not balanced. The present fermentation device in the market also has low capacity, high energy consumption and low safety factors.To realize the efficient and safe production of fermentation tank and remedy the shortage of current similar products in the market, this article conduct a research on the development of a new type of bionic peristaltic fermentation device of maize straw. The planetary wheel mechanism is skillfully used in the organization, which realizes the up and down subversion of two ends of the tanks. With the double crank slider mechanism, the reciprocating movement is realized around the tanks.Among them, the planetary wheel rotation is realized through the rotation of the cross shaft universal joint. The compound of the three kinds of movement formed the up and down subversion of two ends of the tanks, autorotation, revolution and the rocking from back to forth, has reached the efficient mixing of pitchforks.In order to make the mechanism design reasonably,and reduce development costs, the article adopted SolidWorks to establish three-dimensional model of the machine; the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the cross shaft universal joint was analysed by Using Adams. Finally,the Ansys completed stress strain analysis and rack modal analysis of the cross universal joint, and evaluated the rationality and stability of the system design.
