The Hulling machine is the main equipment for rice shelling.Its two rubber rollers rotate at different linear speeds to achieve the removal of the outermost rice husk of rice.The longer the operation of the hulling machine,the more serious the surface wear of the rubber roller,which directly causes the radius of the two rubber rollers to change,thereby affecting the shelling rate.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the wear amount of the rubber roller in real time during the operation of the skimming machine.In the traditional measurement,it is generally measured by the operator or manually after the machine is stopped.This type of measurement method has the problems of high labor intensity,low work efficiency and large visual error.In this paper,the MLGQ51 pneumatic smashing machine of Hunan Luzhou Grain Machinery Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object,and the defects of this series of the hulling machine are in operation,and the traditional measurement method is analyzed when the rolling distance and speed of the smashing machine are adjusted.The problem of reducing the shelling rate of the grain dryer was designed,and a set of online measuring system for the radius of the rubber roller was designed.The system realizes the measurement of the radius of each axial position of the rotating rubber roller from the mechanical structure,and adjusts the rolling distance between the two rubber rollers according to the measured radius to ensure the constant rolling distance,and at the same time.The driving motor speeds of the two rubber rollers are frequency-adjusted to ensure that the line speed and the line speed difference between the rubber rollers are constant.In theory,it is expected that the rice shelling rate can be effectively improved.At the same time,the ADAMS kinematics simulation software is used to simulate the designed rubber roller radius measuring mechanism,and the stability and reliability of the mechanism are verified.The experimental model was built according to the designed scheme.Finally,according to the construction model,the system is tested and the system measurement data is compared with the manual measurement data to verify the feasibility of the system design.
