When corn grain harvested, the moisture content was about35%, Using the traditionaldrying methods, Can’t dry to safe storage water in time, Combined with the corn harvestseasonal was very strong, Drizzly weather during the harvest period, Due to climate reasonsmake the seed mildew、frost damage, Caused huge losses. Corn grain drying technologypopularization and application, could effectively reduce losses caused by climate change on cornharvest.In view of the present maize grain drying process,hot air temperature fluctuations, seriouslyaffect the grain drying quality and seed germination rate, In order to reduce human error,improvethe production efficiency, this paper introduces the configuration technology in grain dryingsystem, design of the corn grain drying system based on kingview, Use kingview in industrialcomputer, Achieved data analysis、fault alarm and other functions, Provided technical support toimprove the quality of grain drying. This paper mainly studied in the following aspects:(1)Ear of corn drying process were analyzed deeply,on this base, Hot air temperature wasthe main factor that affects the quality of maize grain drying.(2)Closely with corn grain drying process, design the overall scheme of the system,Integrated use of general and configuration software kingview6.53of Beijing、sensor、SiemensS7-200series PLC,Collected temperature and pressure which affect the quality of maize graindrying, And record to the database,in order to analysis later.(3)Through analysisde the production process, Combined with the structure of dryingstorehouse, Designed the structure of data acquisition, Selected the appropriate temperature andpressure sensors、PLC, The PLC and the upper machine communication connection wasestablished.(4)Used kingview software, human machine interface was developed, set feature andarrangement of screen reasonably, builded the real-time database, designed the main interface ofgrain drying、the trend curve、data reporting system、alarm event and such as a few parts.
