In the field of agriculture, technology of computer control is more and more widely, more people abandoned ways of people-oriented management, using advanced management mode which is a computer-controlled automatical technology. However, the majority of cropland in the field of irrigation, most new technology are in a pending state, and doesn’t take good management. Using water from well to irrigate still operate by people’s experience. Because wells are scattered, and environment is unpredictable, people’s practical experience and the law of crop’s water uptaking can not combined effectively, which is not good for the rapid development of water-saving.For the current status of the majority of wells for irrigation dispersed unattended, the design of wireless sensor networks and GPRS communication networks as the hardware basis, using a distributed architecture, based on the company’s Asia-controlled configuration king6.55software design and development of the people of the host computer machine interface, both to overcome the long development cycle and traditional data collection methods is insufficient, but also solve the next-bit machine can not record data problem, the realization of key environmental parameters affecting irrigated crop water (soil moisture, soil temperature, air humidity, air temperature) and the implementation of remote monitoring and recording control wells for irrigation valves.Firstly, the experimental group of regional irrigation wells actual monitoring system needs analysis to determine the project’s four functional modules, namely, environmental monitoring, data reporting, irrigation remote control, data alarm. Based on Windows XP platform design, application configuration technology to build a multi-level structure of the new project, analyzes the external device which is GPRS module remote monitoring of wells for irrigation systems, their definitions and variables completed device is connected, in the project the I/O devices connected to that achieved with variable configuration king module communication and GPRS. Secondly, I designed the graphical interface, which includes a monitor screen interface design and operation screen design and animation connections of monitoring software. Integration of process control design, field operations and resource management equipment well in one group, creating Microsoft Access as the backend database through SQL functions to make the connection and configuration king, the collected data is stored in the ACCESS database through ODBC, the problem of data easy to keep the problem is not easy to read; functional modular thinking, way of using ActiveX technology and components, designed graphical interface, with a script command language programming, dynamic display screen. Finally, the monitoring system as a whole is running and debugging, implementation and lower machine communication; acquisition and display environmental information and device status; live/historical production reports, view real-time/historical trend screen, the system is running anomalies in real time/alarm history View Print and valve remote control.The results showed good performance communication systems, surveillance systems can achieve dual control manual and automatic pump start and stop, high monitoring software reliability, scalability, and management information to achieve a centralized, decentralized and control purposes, can be an effective solution traditional methods rely on manual experience to judge the crop water demand, water supply deficiencies, reduce the cost of irrigation of agricultural products, improve the quality of irrigation, in large part can be promoted in many areas, to provide effective technical support for the modernization of agricultural irrigation.
