| Recently, with the constant enlargement of cultivated area of Lycium barbarum in China, thedemand for seedling increased rapidly, there are some problems that are great varieties and thedifference of quality is larger about seedling and fruit. The cultivated area of Lycium barbarum isabout10000hm2,but there are a lot of questions about mixed varieties and irregular management inQinwangchuan Gansu province. This test based on the investigation and sampling, field experimentand laboratory simulation experiment, contrast research the quality of Lycium barbarum in differentproducing units, makes clear the quality status of Lycium barbarum of Qinwangchuan in China;Inthe process of determined content of betaine by HPLC method, feel the chromatographic conditions;Research on yield per plant and the quality of fruits about the5strains with good growth vigor withtwice selection from44single plants, further screened out3strains with good furits, providematerial for selection of new strain. The results are as follows:1. Different breeds and the same breed in different producing units had different degress ofvariation; Shangchuan town Yongdeng county town is located in high altitude and low atmospherictempersture area, however.100-seed weight of Lycium barbarum from Shangchuan town Yongdengcounty town was15.35g, longitudinal diameter was16.56mm, equatorial diameter was6.39mm,rate of bad fruit was3.0%, Color grade was B, the polysaccharide content was3.4%, the betainecontent is0.43%, extract was79.87%, the total ash was4.52%and acid-insoluble ash was0.2%,the quality is in the middle leveal.2.The breeds and climatic conditions had the common effect on the quality of Lyciumbarbarum,. Low atmospheric tempersture, high altitude and long sunshine time is good for theappearance characteristics and polysaccharide content of Lycium barbarum, but low atmospherictempersture is bad for the the betaine content of Lycium barbarum.3.Under the condition of NH2(4.6×250mm,5μm) chromatographic column, acetonitrile: water(95:0.5), the flow rate was0.6ml/min,the detectivewavelength was at230nm, the temperature was30℃and the injection volume was10μL,chromatographic analysis of the effect is good; There havedifference about chromatogram between different Lycium barbarum.4. Fruit ripening later in test area, there are sizeable differences in the5strains. Single plantyield of2009-17reached206.37g, higher than the others.Except2009-1,the rest three strains’ single plant yield all reached about120g;There is a trend about all of these five strains’ yield per plant thatfrom low to high then decreased closed to zero, reached a peak in the end of July to mid-August.5. There were significant differences in all the eight indexs that included yield,100-seedweight,the fresh/dry ratio, longitudinal diameter, rate of bad fruit, polysaccharide content, extract andtotal ash of Lycium barbarum except the fresh/dry ratio, extract and total ash; Finally,these5strainswere determined by using the principle components analysis from finer to poorer in turn are asfollows:2009-17,2009-18,2009-2,2009-13,2009-1,the first three good strains can be cultivated asthe materials for selecting new strains of Lycium barbarum. |
