Cutting and micro-cutting vegetative propagation were the optimum methods for the large-scale propagation of L. macranthoides, of which the key was the formation of adventitious root. According to the early experiments and a series of refenrence articles, we considered the CGA was the key factor that induced the difficult-rooting of Lonicera macranthoides, thus we used the quick-germinated soybean as the material proceed the study of the influence of CGA on adventitious root formation, hoped use for reference on the research of the rooting of L. macranthoides. Results as followed:1The influence of CGA on the adventitious root formation of soybean hypocotylsLow concentration of CGA had no notable effect on the rooting of cutting, while high concentration inhibited the rooting by restricted the development of adventitious root. Ran-ged from0to400μmol/L, CGA had no significant effect on the average root number of adventitious root; in the concentration of200and400μmol/L, compared with the control, CGA significantly decreased the rooting percentage of cutting by17.78%and26.67%, res-pectively, reduced the average root length by0.144cm and0.273cm, the latter reduced significantly.CGA significantly increased the average root number of cutting, but did not bring fur-ther significantly increased on root number with the increase of treatment days. Compared with Od, treatment with CGA for1,2and3d increased the average root number by0.82,0.86and1.04significantly, respectively, and there were no significant difference in other indicators.Different phase treatments of CGA had no significant effect on the rootin of cutting. In addition, after swapped new CGA, there would be found many bubbles adhered to the wall of breakers next day.The effect of CGA on rooting might occur opposite effect according to the nutritional status of cutting:denutrition occurred inhibition and eutrophy brought increase. The cotyle-don was the nutrition pool of soybean hypocotyls, the number of which represented the nutrition was sufficient or not. While the cotyledon number was0, CGA significantly decr -eased the rooting percentage of cutting by11.11%, while was1or2, there was no reduce in rooting percentage, and notably increased the average root number by3.93(49.25) or6.97(57.22%), respectively.2The influence of CGA and IAA, IBA on the adventitious root formation of soybean hypocotylsSupplemented with IAA and IBA eliminated the inhibition of CGA on the rooting of cutting, but the elimination disappeared with the increased of concentration, and inhibited rooting by restricted the development of adventitious root. While CGA decreased the root-ing percentage of cutting by11.11%or17.78%, respectively, there was no reduction on rooting percentage after supplemented with2μmol/L IAA or IBA. It indicated the auxin could eliminate the inhibition of CGA on rooting. The elimination disappeared and inhibi-tion appeared again with the increased of concentration of auxin. Compared with each con-trol,50μmol/L IAA or IBA reduced the rooting percentage by8.89%or37.78%significa-ntly, respectively; dereased the average root number by1.01or0.79, respectively; reduced the average root length by0.161cm or0.174cm, respectively, the latter decreased marked-1y.With the presence of IAA, CGA could improve rooting by rise the average root numb-er, but inhibited the root length, and there was interaction of enhance inhibition. Ranged the concentration of CGA from0to200μmol/L, the presence of10μmol/L IAA could rise the average root number by2.4,3.57,4.47and4.38, respectively, the latter three concentra-tions increased notably; reduced the average root length by0.043cm,0.121cm,0.225cm and0.110cm, respectively, the latter two concentrations decreased significantly. These indicated IAA rised root number and inhibited root length, and CGA enhanced its inhibi t-ion on root lenghth. Compared with0μmol/L CGA,50,100and200μmol/L increased the average root number of cutting by0.27,1.24and1.93, in the treatment team of0μmol/L IAA, respectively;1.44,3.31and3.91, in the treatment team of10μmol/L IAA, respect-ively, the latter two treatment reduced significa-ntly. Reduced the average root length by0.082cm,0.089cm and0.214cm, in the treatment team of0μmol/L IAA, respectively;0.160cm,0.271cm and0.281cm, in the treatment team of10μmol/L IAA,respectively, the latter two treatment reduced significantly. These indicated CGA enhanced the inhibition of IAA on root length. With the presence of IB A, CGA could improve rooting by rise the average root numb-er, but inhibited the root length, and there was interaction of enhance inhibition. Ranged the concentration of CGA from0to200μmol/L, the presence of10μmol/L IBA could rise the average root number markedly by7.52,11.78,12.66and13.69, and201.61%,286.62%,311.06%and374.04%in the magnitude respectively; reduced average root length significa-ntly by0.556cm,0.813cm,0.610cm and0.497cm, respectively. This indicated the IBA increased root number and reduced root length. While the concentration of IBA was0μmol/L, the average root number of each concentration CGA ranged from3.66to4.11, changed unsignificantly; compared with0μmol/L CGA,50,100and200μmol/L reduced the average root length of cutting by0.052cm,0.318cm and0.464cm, respectively, the latter two treatment reduced notably. While the concentration of IBA was10μmol/L, compared with0μmol/L CGA,50,100and200μmol/L increased average root number by4.46,5.48and6.10, respectively, the200μmol/L increased markedly; reduced average root length significantly by0.299cm,0.362cm and0.393cm, respectively. These showed, only the IBA presented, CGA could notably increased root number and enhanced the inhibition of CGA on root length.3The influence of CGA of different concentration of and TIBA on the adventiti-ous root formation of soybean hypocotylsTIBA significantly inhibited the rooting of cutting and CGA inhibited unsignificantly. The CGA concentration ranged from0to200μmol/L, the10μmol/L TIBA decreased the rooting percentage of cutting significantly by77.78%,82.22%,84.45%and82.23%, respe-ctively, significantly decreased root number and root length. In the treatments of0μmol/L TIBA, the rooting percentage of each concentration CGA ranged from87.67%to100%, unsignificantly; only200μmol/L CGA expressed significantly inhibition on root length. In the treatments of10μmol/L TIBA, CGA showed minor inhibition on rooting percentage, root number and root length.4The influence of CGA and IAA, IBA on the adventitious root formation of soybean hypocotyls with the treatment of TIBA The auxin improved the rooting of cutting with TIBA treatment, but the CGA weaken the improvement of auxin.10μmol/L IAA or IB A increased significantly the rooting perce-ntage of cutting by37.78%or60.00%and the average root length by0.215cm or0.447cm, respectively. But the supplemented of CGA decreased the rooting percentage of the cutting of auxin treatment by31.11%and28.89%, the former decreased significantly.5The influence on lignin accumulation of soybean hypocotyls with CGA treatmentCGA weakened the decrease of lignin content in the early stage of cutting rooting and caused the twists and turns risement of lignin level in latter stage. After24h of initiated rooting, the relativecontent of lignin displalyed decrease, CGA treatment decreased0.125/g while CK treatment decreased0.519/g, reducement lesser than the CK and the extent only24.08%of CK’s. After the time24h, there was steadily rising of lignin relativecontent in CK treatment, by contrast, CGA treatment displayed a twists and turns risement:0.274,-0.139,1.105,-0.314and0.529/g, there was drop in72h and120h, respectively.
