The main results were as follows:1.Both FA and Zn-Se combined application could improve the yield of alfalfa, and the FAincreasing yield effect was better than that of Zn-Se combined application, and the increasingyield effect of FA and Zn-Se combined application treatment was best, and the yield was12.57t/hm2, higher by57.13%than that of CK, and also could reduced stem/leaf ratio. The effect offulvic acid applied treatment on increasing alfalfa’s crude ash and nitrogen free extract contents, reducing crude fiber content was better than that of Zn-Se combined application. However, theeffect of Zn-Se combined application treatment on increasing alfalfa’s crude protein, and crude fatcontents was better than that of fulvic acid applied treatment. FA and Zn-Se combined applicationcould get better alfalfa quality than that of fulvic acid and Zn-Se combined application.2. Both of FA and Zn-Se combined application could increase the selenium and zinc content ofalfalfa. When applied both of fulvic acid and Zn-Se combined application, the effect was best. Theeffect of Zn-Se combined application on increasing the selenium and zinc content of alfalfa isbetter than that of fulvic acid. But on increasing organic selenium content of alfalfa, fulvic acid ismuch better. There was no significantly effect on inorganic selenium content of alfalfa when usedfulvic acid and Zn-Se combined application.3. Fulvic acid and Zn-Se combined application could effectively increase the free Pro contentand reduce the MDA content of alfalfa leaves, and the effect of NPK+FA+Zn+Se treatment wasbetter. And NPK+FA+Zn+Se treatment also could increase the K content and chlorophyll contentof alfalfa leaves, thereby the drought resistance of alfalfa was significantly increased. So,application fulvic acid and Se–Zn could increase the drought resistance of alfalfa.4. Added FA increased soil available phosphorus and available potassium content, while Zn-Secombined application increased the content of soil available nitrogen and available phosphorus. There was no significant difference between the effects of increasing the content of soil availablephosphorus. Zn-Se combined application could significantly increase the content of soil availableselenium and available zinc. Applied fulvic acid could also improve the content of soil availableselenium and available zinc, but the effect is not better than that of Zn-Se combined application. The effect was the best when applied both fulvic acid and Zn-Se combined application.5. Both fulvic acid and Zn-Se combined application could improve catalase and alkalinephosphatase activities, and reducing urease activity. There was no significant difference betweenthe effect of fulvic acid and Zn-Se combined application, but the effect of applied both fulvic acidand Zn-Se combined application was better than the single application. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Fulvic acid, Zinc, Selenium, Alfalfa, Soils enzyme, Drought resistance, Yield, Quality | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
