This will not only make the logistics system caused great loss to national economy, and will threaten to people’s food safety. So the study on the evaluation of aquatic products cold chain logistics of the overall performance has been imminent, it is theoretical significance and realistic significance of this research.This paper is based on the analysis of the current situation of domestic and international aquatic products cold chain logistics performance evaluation, use the theory of supply chain management, cold chain and cold chain logistics theory, aquatic products cold chain logistics theory and performance management theory, studies the theory and method of evaluation of the performance of aquatic products cold chain logistics. On construction of cold chain logistics performance evaluation system of aquatic product, this paper mainly from the two aspects of the customer value and supply chain value to study their performance and evaluation system, and give the corresponding quantitative method of each index.
