With the reform and opening up,and the establishment of the market economy-China’s economic is increasing rapidly, income level has increased significantly. At the same time. we become putting much more concern on the quality of life, diet concept has gradually changed from the traditional concept to modern concept. which is " safe, nutritious and fresh ".As aquatic products are rich in protein, vitamins and have low fat. low cholesterol, low calorie. more and more consumers becoming fond of aquatic products. In recent years, food safety issues occurred frequently, which makes consumers are very concerned about the quality and safety on aquatic products. As we all know, cold chain logistics can guarantee the quality and safety of aquatic products. that means cold chain logistics is in the new period of vigorous development.Due to the lack of qualitative research and analysis on China’s aquatic products cold chain. the market supply and demand becoming imbalance gradually. In order to make China’s aquatic products cold chain logistics industry develop healthily and ensure the balance of market supply and demand. it is very necessary to predict the demand on aquatic products cold chain logistics.This paper mainly predict the scale of China’s aquatic products cold chain logistics needs, and its future development trend, in order to effectively promote aquatic cold chain logistics planning.Because the various and complicated of influence factors, and most of that cannot be quantified. To ensure the prediction accuracy, this paper used the character of gray correlation method, multiple regression prediction model and gray prediction model to establish the prediction model—gray-multiple regression combination model. Proposed based on cold chain logistics and cold chain logistics demand indicator system forecasting model, the cold chain logistics needs of aquatic products in Yantai, and the use of gray relational analysis to sort their targets screened by comparing the predicted and actual demand verification of the gray multiple regression model viable resistance, and thus on improving the aquatic Yantai development of Cold Chain Logistics recommendations for improvements.
