Wild Tea Materials in Mountain Qing is mainly distributed in the Mountain Qing, liuzhou. There was lack of research of Wild Tea Materials in Mountain Qing.So this test is the research of it with ISSR-PCR and HPLC, through the contrast of the local existing varieties. Here is the result:1.The study on the genetic relationships of Wild Tea Materials in Mountain Qing:The research selects the improved CTAB method to extract of DNA.Then using selected nine high polymorphism and good repeatability of ISSR primers for amplification, the DNA of48samples were amplified out of the202rules, including201polymorphism bands, the polymorphism accounted for99.50%.This shows that Wild Tea Materials in Mountain Qing is highly polymorphic. The mean Nei’s gene diversity (H) and the mean Shannon’s information index (I) of the tested tea germplasm of the samples were1.2885、0.1894、0.3098.Cluster analysis using UPGMA method,48test samples cluster into six groups:three composite and three independent groups.2.The analysis of components of Wild Tea Materials in Mountain Qing:On26Mountains Wildlife Resources and3local varieties of, the basic components, and catechin components, alkaloids components, and amino acid composition analysis. The results show that water extract of Wild Tea Materials in Mountain Qing is between34.00%-52.54%, in spring tea more than45%is6strains;with the2008new GB polyphenol content determination, the relative content is higher, at between16.43%~30.17%, and amino acid content in0.43%-2.06%; theobromine is totally high, up to39.80mg/g, but caffeine content is very low, the lowest was only0.12mg/g,vary greatly with the composition of guangxi local varieties bred content (cocoa alkali content is very low, but the caffeine content is high); and The catechin group analysis of the results showed that the higher proportion of non-ester catechins, the highest up to88.88%,we concluded, the original Castle Peak wildlife resources, and while catechin component analysis found that a particular peak, the specific ingredients for further study; Analysis of the amino acid composition, measured theanine contained, but high essential amino acid content between3.75mg/g~17.56mg/g, and the amino acid variation coefficient, the diversity of the amino acid side, the potential for improved. The results showed that Wild Tea Materials in Mountain Qing in breeding and tea deep processing has a high value in use, further development and utilization, breeding fine varieties, expected bred new fine individualsuch of tea, such as low caffeine varieties, high theobromine varieties.
