Study On Optimization Of Fermentation Conditions Of Rapeseed Cake Fertilizer For Tobacco

This research was designed to ascertain the optimized fermentation technology and the optimal dosage of rapeseed cake fertilizer for tobacco, and to provide fertilizer application guidance for characteristics tobaccos’ high-quality and high-yield production and promote economic development in hunan province by setting different inoculant agent, water content and fermentation time to ferment rapeseed cake, determining each cake fertilizers’compost central temperature, nutrient content, degradation rate of proteinic nitrogen, loss rate of nitrogen and crotten degree, conducting indoor simulation mineralization experiment and seedling pot experiment under high or low cake addition amount, then setting up different dosage contrast test of different cake fertilizer and optimized cake fertilizer. The research results are as follows.(1) Through fermentation experiment, mineralized experiment and pot experiment, we found the superior fermentation condition, which are appropriate addition of" AiTian1#biology ferment "or "BM biology ferment", sixty percentage of moisture content and about twenty days fermentation time during the fermentation process of tobacco rapeseed cake fertilizer. The cake fertilizer obtained from this condition has higher nutrient content, complete rot, effective degradation of protein N, lower N loss and release more mineralization N in short-term. It is more apparent to promote growth of indicating crop under2%addition amount of cake fertilizer and7%addition amount of cake fertilizer has certain inhibitory effect on the growth of indicating crop.(2) The field test of different kinds cake fertilizer showed that the biomass and nutrient absorption amount of tobacco plants under cake fertilizer treatments at the early growth stage is higher than the chemical fertilizer treatment, and the treatment which are appropriate addition of " AiTian1biology ferment "or "BM biology ferment", sixty percentage of moisture content and about twenty days fermentation time is the best, but the nutrient uptake and biomass in the late growth stage of tobacco has increased dramatically, the nutrient supply of tobacco soil applying cake fertilizer has been more stable and the BM inoculants cake fertilizer is the most ideal. Through determining the physical and chemical indicators and economic output of tobacco under different types of cake fertilizer treatment, it was founded that use of BM inoculants cake fertilizer can improve the ratio of superior tobacco leaves and promote the formation of high quality tobacco leaves.(3) The field test of different dosage of BM inoculants cake fertilizer showed that the appropriate field applying content of rapeseed cake fertilizer is1/5of the total dosage of N. The economic yield of tobacco leaf after roasting under this treatment is higher than other treatments and it has achieve extremely significant level and get high yield of3539.44yuan/mu.
