The test was did in2010and2011, test specimen were taken from Henan, Anhui,Hunan, Sichuan and Guizhou, testing varieties were main sugarcane varieties. The contributionratio of yellowed condition to tobacco leaves’ pigments degradation, well-balanced chemicalcomponents, and tobacco sensory quality formation was researched by quadratic saturation Doptimum design method and C-D production function; the effect of yellowed condition on tobaccoleaves’ total contents of aroma constituents was researched by principal component analysis; theeffect of curing technology on tobacco leaves’ quality was researched by grey clustering analysis,this provided digital support for optimization on curing technology, and precision curingtechnology was made according to fresh tobacco leaves’ quality and the demand of industry totobacco leaves’ quality. The main results was as following.1.Temperature in yellowing stage37℃was best for degradation of lutein, when thetemperature in yellowing stage was36℃, the degradation amount of β-carotene was largest, thecontribution ratio of temperature to degradation amount of β-carotene was higher than todegradation of lutein, the requirement of both of degradation of pigment was low temperature. Thedegradation of lutein need to set the depression of the wet bulb5℃, and the degradation ofβ-carotene need to set the depression of the wet bulb4℃, generally speaking, the requirement ofboth of degradation of pigment was middle dampness to low dampness.The paper summarized contribution ratio of yellowed condition to degradation of lutein,compared with the depression of the wet bulb, the degradation amount of lutein was larger whenthe temperature was precisely controlled, the effect of wet bulb temperature on lutein’sdegradation was obvious than dry bulb temperature; The paper summarized contribution ratio ofyellowed condition to degradation ofβ-carotene, compared with the temperature, the degradationamount of β-carotene was larger when the depression of the wet bulb was precisely controlled.When the yellowed condition was low temperature and low dampness (the temperature of36~37℃, the relatively humidity70~75%), the degradation amount of lutein was largest, when theyellowed condition was low temperature and middle dampness (the temperature of36~37℃, therelatively humidity80~85%), the degradation amount of β-carotene was largest.2. The effect of yellowing temperature and the depression of the wet bulb on chemical constituents was different because of different chemical constituents. Generally speaking, theeffect of yellowing temperature on starch was largest, and on total nitrogen was smallest, theeffect of the depression of the wet bulb on soluble sugar was largest, and on nicotine was same tototal nitrogen; The effect of wet bulb temperature on chemical constituents was lager than dry bulbtemperature, the contribution ratio of temperature to nicotine and starch was lager than depressionof the wet bulb, and the contribution ratio of temperature to soluble sugar and total nitrogen wassmaller than depression of the wet bulb.3. The contribution rate of the baking technology on the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco:when the yellowing temperature increased, the contribution rate of the psychrometer temperature.on the sensory quality of tobacco decreased a little, the depression of the wet bulb was set to3℃,the contribution rate of the dry bulb temperature reached a highest value of49.85%, the wet bulbtemperature reached a highest value of64.08%,when the tobacco of low temper ature yellowing.The contribution rate of the formation of on the quality of tobacco leaf by the wet bulbtemperature was greater than the dry bulb temperature.4. The contribution rate of accumulated contribution of first three principal components was93.440%, it was feasible that we can carry out arytenoids aroma quality of evaluation using of thefirst three principal components. We can establish the model of comprehensive evaluation:F=0.50415F1+0.23791F2+0.19234F3, we calculated the comprehensive evaluation score offlue-cured tobacco aroma among different treatments, when low temperature middle humiditytreatment and low temperature low humidity treatment, the flue-cured tobacco aroma quality wasbetter than other treatments, which relative humidity of curing barn controlled80~85%, thearoma quality of flue-cured tobacco was best of low temperature.5. In order to assess the curing ability of bulk curing technology, this paper, which took themiddle tobacco leaves from five tobacco-growing areas (Anhui、Henan、Hunan、Sichuan、Guizhou) as example, did the analysis on appearance quality of tobacco leaves, internal chemistrycomposition, economic benefits, and smoking quality etc. The technological evaluation model ofbulk curing technology was formulated. The results indicated that the bulk curing technology haveattached middle level in five tobacco-growing areas, especially in Anhui、Hunan、Guizhou areas,the bulk curing technology level were in the first grey categories. That is, five tobacco areas ofbulk curing technology were above medium level.
