In order to reveal the distribution and change rules of plastid pigment in flue-cured tobacco leaves of Henan Province flue-cured tobacco leaves in Henan province and its effect characteristics on leaf quality, selecting329flue-cured tobacco samples as the research materials. The results were as follows:1.With the descriptive statistical analysis to the plastid pigment content of flue-cured tobacco leaves, the results showed that the mean values of total plasmid pigment in flue-cured tobacco leaves of Henan province were224.25±2.88μg/g. Among them, the carotenoid content accounted for the proportion of total plastid pigment was83.81%. The average of chlorophyll/carotenoid was20.32±0.44%.2. The difference of chlorophyll content between the four areas was sized as south Henan> west Henan> middle Henan> east Henan; Lutein was sized as middle Henan> south Henan> west Henan> east Henan; Beta carotene carotenoids and total plastid pigment content were south Henan> middle Henan> west Henan> east Henan.3.Beta-carotene, lutein, carotenoid pigment and total plastid pigment in the middle leaf were highly significantly higher than the upper and lower leaves; the ratio of chlorophyll and carotenoid pigment was higher in the lower.4. Six indicators including Ketovaleric acid and fumaric acid of the Eastern area were significantly higher than that in the western and southern; nineteen indicators including nicotine, oxalic acid and malonic acid content in the southern were significantly higher than that of eastern and western; eight indicators includingthe content of total sugar, reducing sugar and potassium in the western were significantly higher that in the eastern and southern; total nitrogen, malic acid.5-methyl-furfural content in the middle area were significantly higher than that in the western and southern area.5.Chlorophyll was very significantly positively correlated with fifteen indicators includingarachidic acid and saturated fatty acid, brown reaction products, carotenoids, aroma amount (in addition to neophytadiene); Carotenoids was very significantly positively correlated with nine indicators including non-volatile organic acid, total organic acid, brown reaction products, carotenoids, neophytadiene, aroma amount; Total plastid pigment of chlorine were very significantly positively correlated with fourteen indicators including amount of non-volatile organic acid, organic acids, brown reaction products and phenylalanine total amount, carotenoids, new plant diene, aroma total amount, and so on.
