In order to research the color quantization parameter and the plamochromic pigment of the flue-cured tobacco leaves in He Nan province and the relationship between them, we take the flue-cured tobacco in main smoke zone from 2013 to 2014 in henan(luohe, xuchang, pingdingshan, luoyang, sanmenxia and nanyang) as materials, and Systematically analyse color quantization parameter, plamochromic pigment content and their relationship of the henan flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results of the study are as follows:1.The descriptive statistical analysis of Henan flue-cured tobacco leaves color quantization parameter is as follow: Red a * is the range of 6.24 ~ 17.45, the average is 13.31; Yellow b * is the range of 34.39 ~ 53.96, the average is 44.38; Lightness L * is the range of 47.71 ~ 68.75, the average is 60.65; Saturation C is the range of 36.06 ~ 53.49, an average of 46.29; Chromaticity Angle H is the range of 63.04 ~ 80.90, the average is 73.26.2.analysis of different parts of henan flue-cured tobacco leaf color quantization parameter variance: red a* in different parts : Central leaf(13.37) > upper leaf(13.27) > lower leaf(13.26), and no significant difference among different parts. Yellow b *, saturation C, lightness L and Angle H in different parts are lower leaf > middle leaf > upper leaf. Thus, differences between upper leaves and lower leaves reached extremely significant level. Analysis of quantization parameter variance in henan flue-cured tobacco smoke zone different leaf color: Tobacco leaf color quantization parameters in different smoke zone reached significant level, red a * in nanyang is the largest(14.37), and Xu Changyan is the smallest(12.61), yellow b* in Luoyang is the largesr and Xu Chang is the smallest(42.02), Lightness L * in Luoyang is the largest(62.20), and Xu Chang is the smallest(51.39), Saturation C in Luoyang is the largest(47.11), Xu Changyan id the smallest(43.91); Chromaticity Angle H Luo He is the largrst the(73.58), nanyangis the smallest(71.42). Among different varieties of tobacco, leaf color quantization parameter difference is bigger, the yellow degree b *, saturation C*, lightness L * and chromaticity Angle H* difference between different varieties reached extremely significant level. quantitative parameter of YUN 87 is relatively bigger, and that of YU 9 is relatively small.3.analysis of plastid pigment content Henan flue-cured tobacco: henan flue-cured tobacco plastid pigment ranges from 66.41 to 216.12 ug/g, mean value is 124.84 ug/g, among which chlorophyll range from 18.12 to 70.12 ug/g, the mean value is 34.62 ug/g; Carotenoids range from 35.88 to 173.47 ug/g, the mean value is 90.21 ug/g; Carotenoids include beta-carotene and lutein, beta carotene range from 20.77 to 98.96 ug/g, the mean value is 49.15 ug/g, lutein range from 15.12 to 74.50 ug/g, the mean value is 41.06 ug/g.4.Analysis of the percent of plastid pigment with Henan flue-cured tobacco smoke in different parts and different areas and different varieties: Difference for the amount of plastid pigment in different parts, area and variety reaches significant level. Among different parts,the lower lobe plastid pigment content is relatively high, upper lobe of plastid pigment content is relatively low. Nanyang reach relatively higher level for the amount of plastid pigment in Different area(147.97 ug/g),while luoyang is relatively low(99.83 ug/g), and the amount of plastid pigment for all contents in luoyang smoke zone are relatively low. In different main variety of henan flue-cured tobacco, the amount of plastid pigment for YUN 85 levels(204.00 ug/g) is significantly higher than other varieties, and YU10(66.41 ug/g) is significantly lower than other varieties5.quantitative regression analysis of plastid pigment and tobacco color for Henan flue-cured tobacco: o the mount of plastid pigment and its composition for henan flue-cured tobacco and the regression equation of the tobacco leaf color quantization parameters reached extremely significant level, and R2 were bigger, and the degree for the fit of the equation is high; Regression equation coefficient test of chlorophyll a and tobacco leaf color quantization parameters regression equation coefficient of variance analysis reaches significant level except the chromaticity Angle. Chlorophyll b *, beta-carotene, lutein, and plastid pigment in tobacco color quantization parameters in the regression equation coefficient test are not reached significant level for lightness L *.6.quantization parameter correlation analysis of tobacco plastid pigment and tobacco color for Henan flue-cured: the tobacco color quantization parameters for chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b are positive correlation except the lightness L *, and the rest are negative correlation, and with the red a * reached extremely significant level, correlation with other quantitative parameter correlation has not been reached significant level. For Beta carotene and tobacco color, quantization parameters except the lightness L * are reached significant level, is negatively correlation to the chromaticity Angle, and other parameters are positive correlation; Lutein and tobacco leaf color quantization parameter yellowb*, lightness L* and saturation C are positive correlation, and the correlation reached significant level, and negatively related to the Angle of chromaticity H.
