The test is to study the effect of different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline and corn silage diet, the pH of diet combinations on production performance, blood index, meat quality as well as the different treatment groups effect on the physiological and biochemical index of the rumen, in which50Zhongwei goats with the similar weight (20kg more or less) and similar age acted as research object. The purpose of the test is to find out different TMR diet on the fattening performance mechanism and having an impact on fattening performance of Zhongwei goat, and select the ideal diet composition, so as to provide the reference point for reasonable feeding and fattening, and further improve the performance and economic efficiency of goats. The results are as follows:1. The effect of different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline and corn silage diet on production performance and meat quality of Zhongwei goat.The result showed that to improve the different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline and corn silage, the daily gain and feed intake of goats had a increasing tendency, the IV group of goat had the biggest daily gain and feed intake, and the Ⅳ group of goat had the smallest ratio of feed, it showed that when the ratio of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline to corn silage was2:1(when the pH of diet combinations was7.38),the feed conversion ration of goat was the best.2. The effect of different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline and corn silage diet on the blood indexes.The result showed that there was no significant difference among serum total protein, serum glucose, triglyceride concentrations of all diet groups. The different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline and corn silage diet had impacts on serum urea nitrogen, serum total cholesterol.3. The effect of different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline and corn silage diet on the physiological and biochemical indicators of the meat quality and rumen of Zhongwei goat.The result showed that they had no obvious impact on marbling production of meat, meat color, meat dehydrating rate, meat cooked rate, meat tenderness. The pH of all diet group goat meat was in the normal range, there were no significant differences in rumen pH, ciliate number, NH3-N, bacteria number, VFA. With improving the different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated, the rumen pH had a increasing tendency, but they were in the normal range. The concentration of NH3-N was belonged to9.47-11.51mg/100mL, it was in the normal range. With improving the ciliate number, bacteria number had a decreasing tendency. The concentration of acetic acid and propionic acid of all groups was less than3. The Ⅳ group of goat had the lest concentration of acetic acid and propionic acid, it showed the diet of Ⅳ group could be better used by microorganism ruminant animals, there were no significant differences in the activities about liquid carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC), liquid β-glucosidase, liquid pectinase, solid xylanase and solid β-glucosidase with different mixed proportion of rice straw ammoniated-alkaline and corn silage diet.while But they have impacts on solid CMC, solid pectinase andliquid xylanase. The enzyme activity of Ⅳ group was higher than the rest of the four groups, it showed that with improving the enzyme activity of the IV group, the degradation of fiber material was accelerated, the utilization rate of crude fibre was improved.
