Chinese wolfberry, grapes fertilizer plant protection is an important link of Chinese wolfberry grape production in Ningxia region, the quality of the fertilizer plant protection directly affects the Chinese wolfberry grape yield and quality. The development of Ningxia wolfberry grape fertilizer plant protection machinery is at the fledgling stage, low level of mechanization, low productivity, labor intensity, farming, seriously affected the local farmers’ initiatives on wolfberry fruit, grapes.According to the above problem, through the research at home and abroad on the type of professional equipment, combining the Ningxia wolfberry, grapes and other growing economic crop fertilizer plant protection, developed a kind of applicable to Chinese wolfberry, grapes grown precision fertilizer, pesticide spraying operation of self propelled Chinese wolfberry, grapes fertilizer plant protection machine. This machine mainly is diesel engine assembly, caterpillar chassis walking device, driving floor, hydraulic drive device, fertilizer equipment, spraying equipment and the framework of gantry structure. The parts are designed by auto-CAD and3d drawing software solidwoks. After complete solidwoks virtual assembly of the machine, the analysis of the key components was carried out by using relevant software and finite element analysis. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Through the analysis of the characteristics of travel mechanism, the crawler travel mechanism of chassis as all-in-one is determined. The related parameters in the calculation of crawler chassis, completed the crawler chassis selection;Practical work is needed through the analysis of machine adopting hydraulic system to drive and control the working parts of all-in-one. Powered by a diesel engine, through the hydraulic pump convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, through a hydraulic pipeline will be passed on to the hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder actuators, and a calculation is made of hydraulic components, completed the selection of hydraulic components;In order to meet the requirements of Chinese wolfberry grape fertilizer plant protection work, this thesis proposes the all-in-one straddles operation, portal frame is determined. According to ningxia medlar grape planting mode and growing characteristics and determine the technical parameters of gantry frame. Finite element analysis of gantry frame checks the feasibility of its strength.
