ObjectiveTo explore the Correlation Between transvaginal color Doppler energy (TVCDE) Flow Imaging, EphA2Expression and Microvessal Density (MVD) in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), and to analyze the relationship between the first two with some clinical parameters respectively, in order to evaluate the activity of cervical cancer angiogenesis, and to explore the value of transvaginal color Doppler energy in clinical stage of cervical cancer, treatment, and prognostic.Methods35cases of cervical cancer,35cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients, and35cases of uterine cut patients in our hospital during the same period due to the uterine benign lesions (the control group) TVCDE preoperative examination, measure the resistance index (RI). Postoperatively, select the excision of cervical tissue as specimens, CD105and EphA2as markers, respectively, and PBS as negative control, instead of the first antibody using S-P immunohistochemical techniques to detect its expression in cervical tissue, under a microscope to count.ResultsRI were connected with diameter of cervical cancer lesions, clinical stage, histological grade, lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), There were no relationship between RI and the patient before and after menopause or not, cervical diameter and histologic type (P>0.05). EphA2is associated with the histological grade and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer (P<0.05), There were no relationship between the patient before and after menopause or not, cervical diameter, diameter of cervical cancer lesions, clinical stage, histological type (P>0.05). Along with the progress of the course of the disease (normal cervix-CIN-cervical cancer), transvaginal color doppler ultrasound energy measured parameters RI value is on the decline, low flow resistance is more and more; with the reduction of cervical cancer tissue differentiation, EphA2positive expression rate of cervical cancer tissue is on the rise, and with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis; CD105tag MVD value increased. RI and MVD showed linear negatively correlation, negatively correlated with the expression of EphA2, and the expression of EphA2positively correlated with MVD.ConclusionsTVCDE can noninvasive and objectively reflect the features of preoperative cervical pathological changes of morphological structure, the condition of surroun ding tissue invasion and angiogenesis. EphA2can reflect new angiogenesis of tumor, and has important value in malignant degree of tumor and patients prognosis pred iction. TVCDE combination of EphA2in organization and MVD determination can reflect the development of cervical cancer occur in the process of angiogenesis effect and its status from several aspects, and play an important reference role in clinical staging of cervical cancer, the selection of treatment and prognosis judgment.
