Study Of The Association Morbidity Factors About Cervical Cancer And Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

Objective:To abrobe the risk factors of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia about cervical lesion patients. Methods:Through the form of clinical epidemiological questionnaire, Gynecologic and laboratory examination for 274 cases of patients, there were 114 cases of patients with CIN, 80 cases of patients with cervical cancer, 80 cases of patients with non-cervical cancer. Results:⑴CIN had significantly risk factor with multiple accouchement, have sexual behavior at young age, high-risk human papaillpmvirus infection, and protected factor with bathe vagina regularity.⑵Cervical cancer had significantly risk factor with multiple accouchement, have sexual behavior at young age, more than two sex partners, oral contraceptives, high-risk human papaillpmvirus infection, and protected factor with high-education level, health examination very often. Conclusions: There were not only common risk factors between CIN and cervical cancer. But also different risk factors between CIN and cervical cancer. Study of cervical cancer and CIN have significant destination in nonage cervical cancer to prevention and cure.
