Vacuum Constriction Device For Treating Patients With Premature Ejaculation And Erectile Disorders

Objective:To investigate the efficacy vacuum constriction deviceof patients with premature ejaculation and erectile function disorders。Methods:(1):SW-3501male sexual function rehabilitative and therapeutic system (Wuhan Jiutouniao Medical Instruments Development Co., Ltd) was used for treatment of30cases of premature ejaculation (PE). Patients filled in quantitative evaluation forms including Chinese Index of Sexual Function for Premature Ejaculation (CIPE) include before and after4weeks of treatment and16weeks of treatment. The scores for each patient upon inclusion and4weeks after treatment were recorded statistically into database. The collected data were analyzed on SPSS17.0, and after normality test, the central tendencies were described in "x±s", and statistical significance was determined using for Analysis of variance and SNK-q among multiple groups.. P＜0.05was considered as significant difference and P＜0.01 was considered as highly significant difference。Results:(1) The PE group:after analysis on SPSS17.0, the PE group showed significant difference before treatment and after4weeks of treatment and16weeks of treatmentof negative pressure suction (P＜0.05). The adverse reaction:The PE group had4cases of glans penis numbness after treatment,2cases of slight sensation of burning during treatment, and3cases of slight oedema in inter foreskin layer near frenum after treatment (all were alleviated one day after interruption of treatment); no other adverse reactions appeared.(2):The ED group:after analysis on SPSS17.0, the PE group showed significant difference before treatment and after4weeks of treatment and16weeks of treatmentof negative pressure suction (P＜0.05). The adverse reaction:The ED group had1case of anejaculation (recovered3weeks later),2cases complicated by dizziness and stomach discomfort,2cases of glans penis numbness after treatment, and3cases of slight edema in inter foreskin layer near frenum after treatment (all were alleviated one day after interruption of treatment); no patient stopped treatment because of side effects. no other adverse reactions appeared.。Conclusion:In the short term, vacuum constriction suction, which is a safe and effective surgical. In the long run, vacuum constriction suction, which is not ideal of effect for clinical.
