Objective: To study the score of chronic prostatitis symptoms in patients with different degrees of premature ejaculation, and to know whether there are differences in it.Methods:1.A total of 81 patients with premature ejaculation and chronic prostatitis in the urological outpatient clinic of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from October 2019 to January 2020 were collected.2.Investigate the score of CIPE-5(Chinese the index of sexual dysfunction for premature ejaculation),and classify the patients with premature ejaculation into mild, moderate and severe.Investigate NIH-CPSI(National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Score)to understand the severity of chronic prostatitis symptoms. Results: This study included 81 patients with premature ejaculation accompanied by chronic prostatitis, including 25 patients with mild premature ejaculation,32 patients with moderate premature ejaculation, and 24 patients with severe premature ejaculation. The scores of pain or discomfort in NIH-CPSI scores of patients with mild, moderate and severe premature ejaculation were 5.08±2.99 points,5.31±4.62 points,5.54±3.15 points, with no significant difference among the three groups;the scores of urination symptoms were 3.88±2.64 points,3.72±2.65 points,3.96±3.42 points, with no significant difference among the three groups; The QOL impact scores were 4.88±2.14 points,6.88±2.39 points, and 8.96±1.65 points, respectively, with significant differences among the three groups. Conclusions: This study investigated the difference of NIH-CPSI scores of patients with different degrees of premature ejaculation. It was found that with the aggravation of the symptoms of premature ejaculation, there was no statistical difference between the three groups in pain or discomfort symptoms and urination symptoms, but there was a statistical difference in the quality of QOL score. With the aggravation of the symptoms of premature ejaculation, the influence of the symptoms of chronic prostatitis on the quality of life is also aggravating.
