An Clinical Observation Of No. 1 Xiaoyin On The Vulgaris Psoriasis Patients With Blood-heat Zheng And Its Experimental Research

Objective:To explore the mechanism of No. 1 Xiaoyin through observed its effect on the Psoriasis area and severity index of vulgar is psoriasis patients with blood-heat Zheng,the pathologic change of psoriasis guinea pig models,and detective the expression of IL-17 A and IL-18 about The patient’s serum diseased and the tissue of psoriasis guinea pig models.Methods:1.Clinical study:We divided 60 vulgaris psoriasis patients with blood-heat Zheng who were definitive diagnosis and Included in the standard into two groups which were recruited treatment group(No. 1 Xiaoyin group) and Positive control group(Xiaoying granules group) randomly.The course of treatment were eighth weeks and follow-up fourth weeks. 10 Healthy volunteers was normal control group.In the process, we observed the efficacy,the PASI score, the expression of IL-17, IL-18, adverse reactions at pretherapy during the eighth week and the recurrence rate at the Twelve week.2.Experimental Procedure:2.1 To observe the effect of No. 1 Xiaoyin on psorisis guinea pig model induced by 5% propranolol emulsion about its general conditions and the pathologic change.2.2 To detective the expression of IL-17 A and IL-18 about the tissue of psoriasis guinea pig models.Results:1. results of clinical studies:1.1 After 8 weeks of treatment, The total effective rate of treatment group(96.55%), compared with the Positive control group(48.15%) had statistical significance(P<0.05).1.2 No. 1 Xiaoyin can reduce the PASI score(4.61±2.46),Compared with the score of pretherapy(9.08±3.42), there was statistical significance(P<0.05).1.3 No. 1 Xiaoyin can reduce the the expression of IL-17 A, IL-18 in The patient’s serum(16.35±2.08pg/ml,133.83±27.51pg/m),in contrast to the pretherapy(19.91±3.38pg/ml, 210.49±69.68pg/ml),Positive control group(18.27±2.04pg/ml,169.86±33.23 pg /ml),and normal control group(8.56±1.63pg/ml,31.85±8.91pg/ml),had outstanding statistical significance(P<0.01)1.4 there was a positive correlation between the expression of IL-17 A, IL-18 in The patient’s serum and the PASI score.1.5 No. 1 Xiaoyin group had no adverse reactions occurred.2.The results of experimental:2.1 No. 1 Xiaoyin can improve the general condition as mental state,diet,and the appearance similar to psoriasis as Swelling and scales,etc.which was able to Lower Baker score and inflammatory cell count. It was significant when the middle dose group and high dose group compare with the control group(P<0.05).2.2 No. 1 Xiaoyin was capable of reduce the expression of IL-17 A and IL-18 in psoriasis guinea pig models’ Serum, it was significant when the high and middle dose group compare with the Xiaoying granules group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.No. 1 Xiaoyin can improve of the clinical symptoms as erythema, scales, and the pathological changes of psoriasis as Stratum corneum proliferation and differentiation, inflammatory cell infiltration,Granular layer disappear,etc.2.regulated the immune response of Th17 and Th1 cell by reducing the expression of IL-17 A and IL-18,and this may be the one of No. 1 Xiaoyin’s action mechanism.3. No. 1 Xiaoyin has no adverse reaction.
