PD-1, CD4/CD8Ratio In Mycosis Fungoides, Eczema, Lichen Planus’s Expression Research

Objective：Mycosis fungoides (MF) are cutaneous T-cell lymphoma is the mostcommon type. Clinical manifestations of this disease is complex, often required inidentification of Lichen Planus, chronic skin diseases such as eczema.Lack of featuresofpathological changes. Our immunohistochemical study on expression of PD-1andCD4/CD8ratio significance in distinguishing between benign and malignant lymphomacells. In the dermis, MF and the lichen Planus compare, P <0.01,the difference hasstatistics significance; Compares with eczema, P=0.066, difference non-statisticssignificance. The CD4/CD8ratio, MF and the lichen Planus compare,(P <0.01), thedifference has the remarkable significance; Compares with eczema, P=0.000, thedifference has the remarkable siginificances. Conclusions:This study found byimmunohistochemical methods, in MF，expression of PD-1in the epidermis, dermis andthere are differences compared to the Lichen Planus, there are differences compared witheczema expression in epidermal.Prompts the PD-1expression possibly achievement todifferentiate the benign with malignant infiltration cell one kind of protein.CD4/CD8possibly takes MF and eczema, the lichen Planus distinction diagnosis one method.
