Thrity-six compounds were isolated and purified from Stellera chamaejasme L. andEurotium sp. by using various chromatographic methods (silica gel, reverse phase C18silicagel, Sephadex LH-20and HPLC). Their structures were elucidated by extensivespectroscopic analysis (1D and2D-NMR、MS、IR、UV/Vis).Twenty-four compounds were isolated from the roots of Stellera chamaejasme L.The structures were elucidated as chamaejasmenin A(SC-1), isochamaejasmenin B(SC-2), chamaejasmenin B(SC-3), sikokianin A(SC-4), Daphnodorin H(SC-5), chamaecromone(SC-6), mohsenone(SC-7),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-6-methoxycarbonylflavanol(SC-8), umbelliferone(SC-9), Daphnoretin(SC-10), methyl3-(2-hydroxy-4-(7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yloxy)phenyl) propanoate(SC-11),(+)-nortrachelogenin(SC-12),(+)-isolariciresinol(SC-13),(+)-secoisolariciresinol(SC-14), rel-(-)-(3R,3’R,4R,4’R)-6,6′-dimethoxy-[3,3′-bichroman]-4,4′-diol(SC-15), lariciresinol(SC-16), sapogenin(SC-17), prostratin(SC-18),β-sitosterol(SC-19), stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione(SC-20), P-hydroxybenzoic acid(SC-21), vanillic acid(SC-22),3,4,5-trimethoxyl benzoicacid(SC-23), syringic acid(SC-24). Of thesecompounds, SC-8was new one and SC-11,12,13,14,15,20were firstly isolated from the plant.Eurotium is widely distributed in nature and closely related to human life. Twelvecompounds were isolated and identified from the secondary metabolites of the strainEurotium sp M30XS-2012. The structures were elucidated as neoechinulin A(ER-25),L-alanyl-L-tryptophan-anhydride(ER-26), Dihydroxyisoechinulin A(ER-27), questin(ER-28),questinol(ER-29), variecolorquinone A(ER-30), P-hydroxybenzoicacid(ER-31), trans-4-hydroxycinnamic acid(ER-32),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(ER-33), succinicacid(ER-34),Asperflavin(ER-35), isotorachrysone-6-O-α-D-ribofuranoside(ER-36). All the compoundswere firstly isolated from thisstrain for the first time.
