Retrospective Clinical Curative Effect Analysis Of 88 Cases Of Febrile Insufficiency Treated By Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Purpose:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical efficacy of the treatment of kidney deficiency fetal irritability with Shoutai Wan Combined with Western clinical.Material and method:Collected in our hospital gynecological patients hospitalized in October 2014 to October 2015 period, there are 88 patients met the inclusion criteria kidney deficiency threatened abortion cases. Summing up the improvement of TCM symptoms and the changes of related indexes before and after finishing treatment.And analysis of age, gestational age, previous history of spontaneous abortion, pregnancy complicated with uterine myoma and anticardiolipin antibodies(Ig G antibodies(ACA) positive and negative patients clinical efficacy differences.Results:After Shoutai Wan with western medicine, 41 cases were cured(cure rate 46.6%) markedly effective in 30 cases(34.1%), Effective 9 cases(effective rate 10.2), invalid 8 cases(invalid rate 9.1%),the total efficiency of 90.1%, Significantly improved the clinical symptoms and signs. There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between patients with different ages and different gestational weeks;The patient had a natural frequency of abortion and there are significant differences in clinical efficacy, recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with low success rate of treatment; The presence of pregnant women with uterine fibroids and significant differences in clinical efficacy, pregnancy with uterine fibroids patients with low success rate of treatment; Between anticardiolipin antibody positive patients and negative clinical efficacy in patients with no significant difference.Conclusion:Shou Tai Wan Decoction with western medicine treatment can effectively improve the kidney deficiency fetal irritability symptoms,the total effective rate was 90.1%, worthy of clinical application.
