Clinical Observations On Menopause Syndromes Of Deficiency Of Kidney-yin Type Using Combined Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment

Objective:To treat the menopause syndromes of deficiency of kidney-yin type females using by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in three months.It's an observation that exploring its efficacy with comprehensive evaluation.To search for the individual treatment of menopause syndromes of deficiency of kidney-yin type,which is effective and convenient to characteristic patients.Meanwhile lay the foundation and combining with support for the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:90 cases of disease who met the inclusion criteria were divided into three groups with 1:1:1 proportion randomly.(1)The treatment group:30 patients were treated with Zhibai Dihuang Wan uniting Estriol Cream.(2)The control group A:30patients were only treated with Climen or Tibolone Tablets.(3)The control group B:30patients were only treated with Zhibo Dihuang Wan.After three menstrual cycles of treatment,we could evaluate the curative effect comprehensively through Kupperman pointrating method,TCM syndrome,testing the levels of hormone levels.Result:1.The clinical efficacy:The treatment group of 30 cases,the total efficiency was90%.The control group A:30 cases,the total efficiency was 86.67%.The control group B:30 cases,the total efficiency was 80%.According to statistical analysis,the comparison of the total effects in three groups had significant difference(p<0.05).The test was performed for iner-group.The comparison between the treatment groupand the control group A had no difference(p>0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group B had significant difference(p<0.01).The control group A exceeded the control group B significantly(p<0.01).2.In the curative effect of TCM syndrome:The treatment group of 30 cases,the total efficiency was 90%.The control group A:30 cases,the total efficiency was83.33%%.The control group B:30 cases,the total efficiency was86.67%.The difference of overall efficacy of TCM syndrome for in three groups had statistically significant(p<0.01).The test was performed for iner-group,which was different.Especially in the three aspects of improving vaginal dryness,urinary tract infection,dizziness,tinnitus,the treatment group was better than the control groups(p<0.05?p<0.01)).But in irritability,the three groups had a considerable effect(p>0.05).3.Hormone levels:The FSH?LH and E2 increased than before in the treatment group and the control groups,the three groups he three groups had a consider able effect(p>0.05).It is indicated that TCM can match the MHT on the treatment of ovary recession.Conclusion:The clinical of treating menopause syndromes of deficiency of kidney-yin type with Zhibo Dihuang Wan uniting Estriol Cream was as good as the control group A: treated with Climen or Tibolone Tablets.While in the curative effect of TCM syndrome,it was better than the control group A which was treated with Climen or Tibolone Tablets.And the curative effect was reliable to treat menopause syndromes of deficiency of kidney-yin type,which could improve vaginal dryness,urinary tract infection,dizziness,tinnitus,increase E2 and decreas hormone levels of FSH and LH,which had a certain effect in the treatment of the ovarian recoverying.The treatment with Zhibai Dihuang Wan uniting Estriol Cream which was for menopause syndromes of deficiency of kidney-yin type females,is an effective and cheap method for the patients to accept.
