ObjectiveTo evaluate probiotic yogurt combined triple therapy for eradication rate of H.pylori.Methods200benign ulcers patients with superficial gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal bulbarulcer infected by H.pylori, who were randomly divided into two groups. The patients incontrol group used triple therapy of omeprazole+amoxicillin and clarithromycin, while theprobiotics group used the above-mentioned triple therapy+probiotic yogurt.14C breathtest was reexamined4weeks after treatment to observe eradication rate of H.pylori.ResultsⅠ. The total eradication rate of H.pylori was76.5%, the eradication rate of probioticsgroup was89%, while the control group was64%. The eradication rate of probiotics groupwas higher than the control group(P<0.01).Ⅱ. Side effects: The Side effects incidence of probiotics group was2%;The Sideeffects incidence of control group was10%,and probiotics group side effects incidence waslower than the control group (P <0.05).Ⅲ. The eradication rate of male was90.9%, and the female was85.2%in probioticsgroup, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Ⅳ. probiotics group:The eradication rate of SG,GU and DU was90.4%,83.3%and90%,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionsⅠ. Probiotic yogurt aided triple therapy can obviously increase eradication rate ofH.pylori.Ⅱ. Probiotic yogurt aided triple therapy can obviously reduce side effects of drug.Ⅲ. Probiotic yogurt aided triple therapy has no obvious difference among male andfemale patients. IV. Probiotic yogurt aided triple therapy has no obvious difference amongSuperficial gastritis patients、gastric ulcer patients and duodenaluleer patients.
